Prompt: Corbyn and Jonah are dating until one day, Jonah gets up and leaves for 2 years then comes back. He wants to get Corbyn back, but it could be to late.

-Corbyn's POV-

I sighed as I glanced at the picture frame of the boy who once owned my heart. But then left me heartbroken the day he got up and left without a glance back or even a letter to explain why he left. It was like he vanished into thin air, no trace of him to be found. I tried speaking to his family but they absolutely refused to tell me anything as to why he left or where he left.

Soon I just gave up, but I will never forget the memories of us together. Nor the day I came home to find him gone. The day I was left broken and destroyed.

~Flashback~

"Babe! I'm home!" I yelled once I entered the house that Jonah and I shared. We've been dating for a year and two months now.

"Babe?" I yelled once again, not hearing a response from him.

Shrugging it off, thinning he must of fallen asleep, I started walking up the stairs to our room.

I entered our room, turning on the lights, only seeing that he wasn't here. I once again shrugged it off, maybe he went to the store; I thought to myself.

I went to our shared closet to take off my uniform. I worked with NASA. Something I'm very proud of if I do say so myself.

Walking to our closet as I started to strip, I looked around only for my eyebrows to come together in confusion.

Jonah's stuff was missing. All of his stuff is gone.

No. I thought. He didn't. He couldn't.

Tears welled up in my eyes as I realized what had happened.

He left me. Jonah. He really left me. But I didn't do anything. Why would he leave me?!

I questioned myself as I fell to my knees sobbing.
