Prompt: Daniel has recently got out of a bad relationship so his best friend helps him through it. Consisting of Netflix, cuddles, and feelings being shared

-Zach's POV-

"Helloooooo," I said into my phone after picking it up.

"Zach," sobbed my best friend over the phone.

"DANNY! What's wrong?" I asked, sitting up from my laying position.

"He broke up with me!" Daniel cried out as I cursed under my breath.

Of course he did, I thought as I rolled my eyes. Daniel has been on and off with his asshole of a boyfriend, Justin. Justin was dumb jock that kept playing with Daniel's heart. And not only did it break Daniel's heart but mine as well. It broke my heart to see Daniel crying over someone who wasn't even worth his tears.

"What happened Daniel?" I asked him, keeping my focus on my best friend who I'm madly in love with.

"He said that I'm not worth it then went running to Alissa," he sobbed out while I let a sigh.

Alissa was Justin's side hoe. Every time Justin and Daniel broke up, she would always be the reason behind it.

"I'm on my way," I told him.

"Thank you," He said as he hiccuped which I found extremely adorable.

"No problem," I said with a smile on my face.

"Love you," He said over the phone while my heart skipped a beat. Even if he just meant it in a friend way.

"Love you to," I told him back, but I actually meant mine. As in more of a friend way. My I love you's had a more deeper meaning to them.

I hung up the phone and headed to my room to get everything I needed. I packed my phone charger, pajamas, a hoodie, and my gel in my duffel bag that has been used in this occasion many times. I always had a sleepover at Daniel's when Justin would break up with him. Then watch as Justin apologized and ask for forgiveness and of course, Daniel accepted and got back together with him. Not knowing that each time he did, he broke my heart even more.

I put the strap of my duffel bag on my shoulder as I put on my shoes then grabbed my phone. I exited my room and went to the kitchen. I wrote my mom a note that that my mother and I had come very familiar with.

Justin broke up with Daniel again, gonna have a sleepover with him again. Be back tomorrow, love ya and I'll text you if something happens

I put the note on the fridge and grabbed my car keys. With my duffel bag still on my shoulder along with my phone in my pocket, I headed out my door and into my car. My destination being the store to get junk food then head to Daniel's place.

-at Daniel's place-

I walked into Daniel's place with the key he gave me in my hand. We found it that it was much easier this way.

I placed the two bags full of junk food on the table in the kitchen then made my way up the stairs into Daniel's room.

Once I walked in, i noticed that it was extremely dark. The lights were off, the curtains were closed, and Daniel was under his covers.

"Danny," I whined as I got in the bed with him.

"Please get up, don't let Justin get you done. We both know he's gonna come tomorrow to ask for forgiveness and you will happily accept him back," I told him the obvious.

"I don't do that," he said, peaking his head out of the covers while I burst out laughing at his remark.

"Yes you do," I laughed.

"Do I really?" He frowned.

"Yes Daniel, Justin comes over, he apologizes, you forgive him, so he keeps doing it. He knows that you will forgive him. He doesn't even have to try hard. He just says sorry and you forgive him," I told while rolling my eyes.

"Well not this time," he said as I laughed once again.

"You said that last time," I laughed.

"No but seriously Zach. I'm done with Justin. I love someone else. Someone who is always there for me. Someone who has stuck with me after everything I put them through," he spoke as I got even more curious as to who it is.

"Who is it?" I voiced my thoughts.

"It's you," He said while I immediately chocked on my Silvia. (A/n: did I spell that right? If not, sorry 😂)

"What?" I asked him.

"And I know you love me to," he smirked at my eyes went wide at the information he just presented me with.

"How did you know?" I asked him.

"You talk in your sleep. You said you loved me two months ago when we were in the same situation as now, I just never told me. And in those two months, I realized that I loved you as well." He said while smiling at me causing me to smile at him back.

"In that case, would you do me the honor and be my boyfriend?" I asked him.

"I would love to," he smiled.

"I love you Daniel," I told him.

"I love you to Zach," he said back as I leaned in and kissed him on his pink lips.

"And remember, I'll always be here for ya," I smiled at him once we pulled away. A smile on my face as I finally got to call Daniel James Seavey mine.

So like I'm ready for school to be over with 😭 I'm done with it. I hate waking up at 6:40 am everyday damn day 😭 and my momma said we were finally go to the beach this summer

Probs not true but hey 🤷‍♀️ ain't nothing wrong with getting ur hopes up. Especially when you've done it a million times 😂
