Avoid mistakes if any.
Manik quickly got freshen up and joined the rest for evening snacks. Aarav as usual was in Nandini's lap and she was feeding him. During this Mr Malhotra asked Manik to re-ensure and confirm.
Mr m-Manik.......kaal ki meeting k liye tu prepared hai na.......koi gadbad nhi honi chahiye.........deal hume bhale na mile but koi tujpe ungli nhi uthana chahiye.
Ma-don't worry dad.......meine khud sab prepare kiya hai.........and trust me the deal is our's........nobody can take that from us.
If it is not important both the men's never discuss business on dining table. Now they did Nandini understood that this is something very important. Being curious she asked.
Nan-kaisi deal....?
Mr m-kaal ek bahut important project k liye meeting honewali hai.........it's the biggest deal of the year.........yeh deal jis bhi company ko milegi uss company ka naam sathve aasmaan ko chuyega.........aur tuje pata hai kaal ki meeting ki saari taiyari Manik ne ki hai.
Manik looked at her and Nandini smiled in appreciation, like this they discussed a few things and then Mr Malhotra said after munching his last bite.
Mr m-Nandini mei abhi ek business party mei jaa rha ho........dinner kr k hi aaoga........tumlog mera wait mat krna.......
Nan-okay dad.......
With that Mr Malhotra wipes his hand with the napkin and excused himself from there. Nandini too got up giving aarav to Manik and started gathering their plates. Manik carefully got up from his place and pulled Nandini by her elbow and whispered huskily.
Ma-sooooooooo........now that dad is going out.......would you like to go on a dinner date with me........MRS MALHOTRA.......
Nandini smiled brightly and said.
Nan-yes........
Making him smile too.
Ma-okay.......be ready by 9.00......we will leave then.
Nan-okay......
Taking aarav Manik left from there and came in his room, he played a cartoon channel for aarav and laid down beside him, unintentionally he slept.
Downstairs Nandini was busy with few work, as she doesn't have to cook dinner today so she was free but she simply can't leave Mr Malhotra specially when he was going out in few mins.
She helped him in giving his clothes, polishing his shoes inspite of his denial and giving him a glass of juice before leaving for the party. Nandini took his coat and made him wear that. Once he was completely ready he turned around to Nandini saying.
Mr m-see......
Nan-perfect.
With that she sprayed a perfume on his clothes and neck, Mr Malhotra gently kissed her forehead as a father and then started leaving. Nandini accompanied him till the door.
He sat in his car with the driver and soon he was out of his sight. After he left Nandini looked at the time to be 8.00 pm. She quickly came in her room and saw tv on, aarav playing being a mess and Manik sleeping peacefully.
