After breaking one of their longest hug, Manik said holding her towel in his pinch.
Ma-come let me help you.
And without waiting for her reply he held her protectively and made her sit on the edge of the bed. Then he gently removed the towel from her wet hair and wiped it softly just the way she does to him.
After wiping her hair sufficiently, he got her comb and combed her hair very gently, removing all the knots. Nandini was feeling much better after bathing and all after all his care.
While they were busy in all this, one butler came and knocked at their door. Manik let the person in and he said politely still holding the door knob.
But-bade sahab niche dinner k liye bola rhe hai.
Ma-keh do aa rhe hai.
He bobbed his head and left from there. Soon Nandini got up and Manik bend down to pick her up but Nandini stopped him and they walked down and saw amms and Mr Malhotra on the dining table.
Manik made her sit on the chair and then sat beside her, he filled her plate with plenty amount of food which was almost blunt and sweet and then they started eating. The dinner was quiet normal and silent. Lastly amms served them payasam and then they ended the day.
Next morning Manik woke up first with his alarm and got fresh. He came down and told the butlers to prepare breakfast for everyone and then he entered the kitchen himself.
He helped the butler in making pancakes, then he told one of them to cut fruits and he made himself busy in making coffee, just the way Nandini likes.
Setting everything on the tray, he came upstairs and kept the tray on the coffee table and then drew the curtains of their room, the sun rays fell on Nandini and she shrieked in her sleep.
The light and warmth of sun made her to wake up and she slowly slowly opened her eyes. The first thing she saw when she opened her eyes was making leaning close to her with the tray.

She smiled assuming it to be a dream but soon she heard Manik.

Nandini smiled more, twisted her body in sleep and then said softly in her morning low tone.

Finally she woke up completely and saw the tray again. Being confused she asked without sitting back.
