After Manik left the ICU, he came out and hired a cab and ordered the driver the route to it. After 15 mins cabir found out that Manik was missing. He looked at an unconscious Nandini and then left the ICU.
Cmg out he checked Manik's gps and found his route. He immediately rushed behind him in another cab and called up Mr Malhotra to inform abt Manik's next action.
Manik reached old Malhotra mansion. He entered like a storm and saw nyonika sipping her morning tea. He came from behind and held her nape in his tight grip. Nyonika yelped in pain.

With that Manik left her next and put his hand behind nyonika's head. He cupped that and pulled her downwards, along with that he lifted his left leg and banged nyonika's forehead on his knee curve, making blood ooze out from nyonika's nose.
