Avoid mistakes if any.
It was 4.00'o clock by now and everybody were in their room. Nandini was busy making snacks as today is Sunday and on Sunday's there should be something special. Though she kept in mind abt uncle's demise and made something normal.
She was busy in that and upstairs Manik woke up being thirsty. He sat and rubbed his eyes and then came down sleepily. He walked in kitchen as he saw the entire living room empty.
Cmg in he saw Nandini busy in cooking so he quietly came to her and back hugged her making her stumble a little. He was still very much in sleep which is why he hide his face in crook of neck and slept again.
Nandini palmed his face while Manik rested on her neck. After a few mins Nandini said.
Nan-chalo........utho........abhi dad aayenge for tea and snacks.
Ma-hhhmm.......
But he didn't move. After sometime Nandini forcefully broke the hug and Manik washed his face to let go off the sleep. Nandini dishes out everything on the dining table and everybody arrived there.
As Nandini went in Manik came to her and wiped his face with her dhuppata and came out. Even after washing his face he felt drowsy. With lazy steps he came at sat on his chair and Nandini was serving everyone.
Seeing a sleepy Manik inspite of sleeping half of the day Mr Malhotra asked.
Mr m-Manik.........teri tabiyat toh thik hai na......tuje abhi bhi neend aa rhi hai......
Ma-I don't know dad........I just can't keep my eyes open.
D-koi baat nhi beta......aise kabhi kabhi hota hai.
After this all had their evening snacks and tea along with talking in which Manik was absent. After they all were done eating Dadi,V and Mr Malhotra left from there while Manik pushed his empty plate and slept there putting his head down.
Nandini was helping the butlers in cleaning the table. At one point she was standing beside Manik to clean his side of table. Sensing her beside him Manik raised his head from table and wrapped his hands on her waist,resting his head on her stomach and sleeping.
Naturally Nandini's hand rested on his head and with another she passed out the things to butler. Manik was just enjoying resting on her soft tummy.
After they all left Nandini started caressing his hair and saying.
Nan-why so sleepy Mr Malhotra.
Manik started nuzzling in her stomach and said.
Ma-don't know........I had planned to spend time with you but this sleep doesn't go off.
Nan-it's okay......you are tired working non-stop the entire week.
Manik looked at her after moving away and said.
Ma-I just want to sleep more.
Nan-go in the room then.
Ma-hhhmm......
He got up and left upstairs, Nandini went in kitchen. Rest of them were in living room. Cmg up Manik realised something and started calling Nandini from there but Nandini couldn't hear as she was in kitchen.
