Chapter Nine

We walked back into the house and the sitting room that was messed up with bottles and empty boxes of pizza.

Everyone was seated on the floor forming a circle as the game was on.

I spotted Emily and went to sit beside her quickly while Lucas went to sit with his friends at the other end.

"Did you and Lucas just come out from a room?" Emily asked smirking.

"Hell no, Em" I laughed.

I faced the game and a girl in my class was dared to take off her shirt, which she did confidently and just sat with her pink lacy bra.

Guys were gawking at her.

Okay this was crazier than I thought. I silently prayed no one will notice me like it was everyday at school.

Another girl was dared to kiss a girl, what the hell

Then one of Lena's friends spoke up

"Lena I dare you to give Lucas a lap dance"

Emily and I looked at each other and Lena's face lit up with excitement.

A chair was brought and Lucas sat on it. Lena went over and started dancing on him, she was rubbing and grinding him viciously while Lucas just looked away not affected.
There were wolf whistles from guys and amused look on girls while Lena was at work.

Then the next thing happened. Lena started kissing him, some people gasped while Emily and I widened our eyes in surprise.

Lucas pushed her gently from him and then walked away.

"She obviously still likes Lucas" Emily said to me.
"But Lucas doesn't like her" she said again, giddily.

I really dont know why Emily was happy about that but I was also happy at it too.

The game commenced, and it got wilder and wilder
Some already left feeling tired and Emily and I were about to do the same when a girl I haven't seen before spoke

"I dare Lena to pour her drink on Serena"

She stood up immediately "Gladly"

Before I could react the cold content of her drink was poured from my hair which dripped to Emily's beautiful dress that was now red at the top.

What the actual hell. I didn't even know how to react, was this even supposed to be a dare?.
There was silence as everyone fixed their eyes at me.

I stood up and started walking away.

Emily stood too and said something to Lena which I heard loud and clear.
"I dont know what your problem is, but you weren't like this before"

I found a bathroom downstairs and got in, then started wiping the dress with a tissue.

Emily came in after me, angrily. Definitely angrier than me
She cast me a worried look.

"Sorry about your dress" I said to her "I'll get it dry cleaned before returning it"

"Yeah you should get it dry cleaned, but have it after that, it looks better on you anyway"

"Its still your dress.. "

"And I want you to have it. Besides I dont want anything that Lena has tampered with, that girl annoys the hell out of me"

"Thanks for having my back.. It really sounded like you knew her very well"

"Yeah. She's my cousin" she rolled her eyes.

"Are you serious??" my eyes widened in surprise.

"Yeah, unfortunately"

"How come you never told me?"

"You never asked, and it's a girl we hate we're talking about here"

"How are you guys cousins?? " I said unbelieveably.

"Our dads are brothers"

"Wow thats extreme"

"Shut up" she laughed

"So what was she like before" I asked

"Like you" she joked

I deadpanned "Not funny"

"I'm serious" she continued laughing "I cant really remember though, its been long we hung out, but she's been a bitch these past few years"

"Well whatever" I said still trying to scrub off the stain on my dress.

"It isn't going off" Emily stated the obvious

"I know" I threw the tissue in the trash can

"Can we just go home, I'm actually very tired" she said.

"Yes please, lets go"
