I was pacing back and forth in my room debating whether or not to call Lucas, I'm definitely sure he went to Lena's party and was having the best time of his life since 'Lena throws the most awesome party' I rolled my eyes at Emily's words.

I threw my phone on my bed and decided to read my books to distract me from thinking of Lucas.

My phone rang seconds later and I rushed to get it.

Lucas.
He's calling, he's actually calling.

I picked it.
"Hello Lucas?"

"Heyyy Serena" he said a little bit too loudly.

"Lucas are you okay" he sounded tipped off.

"Yeah sure, are you?"

There was a distant sound of music and loud noises in the background, I was right he definitely went to Lena's party. Why was I even guessing Emily told me he was gonna be there.

"Yes I am" I was amused "Lucas are you drunk?"

"Am I?" he laughed

I glanced at the time. It was 11pm
"You know you shouldn't be driving if you're drunk"

"How did you know exactly what I wanted to do"

"Lucas stop it" I rolled my eyes

He laughed "Except you come get me"

I debated on whether or not to go. I really didn't feel like going anywhere.

"Don't you have a friend that could drive you" I asked

"No one is ready to leave this place, if you don't want to get me I can always drive myself" he chuckled

"Stop, I'll be right there" I said and ended the call.

I put on a comfortable jeans and top then brushed my hair down.
I didn't see the need to put more effort into my dressing since I was gonna be dealing with a drunk guy.

I got into a cab and checked Lena's address which Emily sent to me incase I changed my mind in coming.

I told the driver and he sped off.
After a while the cab came to a halt and the view of Lena's house. It could be termed a castle.
The driveway was curved into a circle in front of the house and a fountain sat in the middle of it shooting up waters and bright lights lingered everywhere.

I paid the cab man and entered the huge compound.
The house was a mix of white and grey stones, flowers were perfectly trimmed on the lawn and hundred of windows decorated the house.
The front doors were massive and brown surrounded by pillars holding up the balcony.

It was breathtaking. I couldn't imagine living a life of luxury, her driveway was covered with dozens of cars and people lingered everywhere, there was a faint sound of music coming from inside.

I looked round and spotted Lucas' convertible and went over to it, he was leaning on the door.

"Cupcake you made it" he slurred, stumbling as he wanted to come towards me

"Yeah, I can't let you die"

He laughed goofily and I helped him to the car.
I got in the driver's seat and drove off.

"I'm glad you came" he told me and I nodded.
"You know, I wanted us to go to the party together but it seems you already went to another party with someone else"

"What do you mean?" I kept my eyes on the road.

"The guy you were talking to on the field"

Oh Alex
"He's just a friend" I assured

"Yeah I get and we're friends too" he laughed goofily.

I rolled my eyes
"I wouldn't even have come to Lena's party and you know why"

"Yeah yeah, she's a bitch... Lena's not really bad if you get to know her"

I scoffed, I was getting angry at what he just said he knew what Lena did to me today and yet was still defending her.
Drunk Lucas sure knew how to piss me off.

I pulled his car in his driveway and we both stepped out.
I left in my annoying state while he tried to get in the house.

I heard a loud thump!
I turned and Lucas was sprawled out on the floor. I sighed and went over to help him up and into the house silently praying his parents weren't around.

His large arms were around my shoulders and I was lucky we didn't fall together. I should get an award for strongest female.

We finally got upstairs and into Lucas' room. I tried to place him on the bed but he didn't let go so we both fell on the bed with me on top of him.

Our faces were inches apart and I could feel his breath on me. I was liking the position but it would have been better if he wasn't drunk.

"I like you a lot, Serena" he said tucking a piece of hair behind my ear while I blushed deeply.

"You're drunk and you probably won't remember what you said tomorrow"

"But I really mean it" he said and I rolled my eyes playfully.

Before I knew it his lips were on mine, my eyes widened in surprise but kissed him back anyway, he deepened the kiss and I could taste the alcohol in his mouth, I didn't mind one bit and didn't want the kiss to end.

I pulled away after realising Lucas was drunk and we were kissing.

"Lucas you shouldn't have... " I stopped at my tracks when I heard a soft snore from him.
He slept. He actually slept off.

I stood up and watched him sleep, he looked so peaceful. I smiled to myself and took off his shoes.

"Goodnight Lucas"
