He Knows

"Tamara!" I screamed ever so loudly.

Not giving a crub about my legs, I churned them back up and ran to the violent scene. I stopped in my tracks again and kicked three gnomes that I was standing behind. The gnomes let out yelps as they flew in the air.

I grabbed two gnomes and threw them across the field. They too flew into the air, and then fell to the ground. One of them landed on his stomach, and the other one was upside down. His hat was stuck in the ground, and his body was in the air. He kicked and squirmed, trying to get free.

I giggled softly at the sight of the unfortunate gnome as I continued kicking and throwing gnome after gnome.

When I had taken care of most of them, I picked up Tamara and held her close. "Tamara?" I whispered to her soothingly. I then heard claps. Slow claps.

Frowning, I turned to the puppet. He was clapping.

"Well done, my queen," Slappy said creepily. "You are a good fighter and defender."

"I am not your queen," I spat. "I never was."

Slappy grinned and leaned towards me, pressing his wooden hands against the hood of the car. "That is up for debate, considering that you kissed the Invisible Boy."
