Chapter 3 - Titan form

Emma's pov

How did it end up with Eren's titan form knocking itself out on the ground and us sitting here killing every titan in sight. Armin was too busy sitting on Eren's titan form trying to talk Eren out of that thing , or whatever that kids doing now. I landed next to Armin who was speaking threw the titan skin. " Come on Eren what about Emma! She's gonna die out here if you don't do anything! " I looked at Armin before Eren's titan let out a loud rawr and took hold of the boulder. I jumped off it neck and attempted to clear the titans around it.  It was slowly getting closer and closer to the hole where it let out shrill rawr and dropped the boulder in front of the hole covering it up completely. A white haired woman smiled and blew a green smoke signal from the flare. I smiled and dropped my swords on the roof , Armin and Mikasa ran to Eren pulling him out of the titan. Titans started piling around Eren's titan form , I grabbed my swords and went towards the titans napes. As I already killed one in a swift movement I moved onto another where a mysterious male came out of nowhere and killed the rest in an unbelievable amount of time. I seemed to catch an eye view of the man who I believed was Captain Levi from the Scouts , We seen them leaving the walls earlier before. I dropped my swords to the floor and ran to Eren , he was weak from the transformation , I held him in my arms and smiled , he saved everyone. 

" Pay attention kiddos this is the part where you explain to me exactly what it is I'm looking at. " I was right , it is Captain Levi. " We need to clear out the rest of the titans. " A female said , she had brown hair and glasses. " Uh yes mam. " I got up from Eren's titan form and headed off looking for other titans. I managed to kill some while Captain Levi took most of the kills , show off. While we wiped out all the other remaining titans the over excited female requested me to follow her up the wall where she met with a couple others who I'm guessing where from the scout's. " All the remaining titans were wiped out sir. " The female had said , I stood there awkwardly trying to understand why exactly why I was here. " Don't thank just us , thank this brat. " Said Levi , I waved awkwardly at the guy with the huge eyebrows. " Erwin commander of the Scout regiment. " I did the well know salute and replied with. " Emma Yeager , 104th cadet corps. "  Erwin smiled at that and shook my hand. " Your a skilled fighter Yeager. " Levi had said. " Thank you sir , I was ranked 1st in my class. " I smiled at all of them then stood there awkwardly. " My names Hanije! " The female had said , I greeted her with a smile and shuck her hand as well. "Well it was nice meeting you all but gotta go check up on my brother. " I waved them goodbye before jumping off the wall and using my gear to land on the floor safely. I walked to the infirmary where Eren was located to be , once I was inside I found it to be empty. I sat in a chair next to his bed where he was resting sound asleep. I sat there waiting for Eren to wake up or someone to enter the room , after hours someone finally did but this someone wasn't what I was expecting. 

" What are you doing here. " I asked , Erwin , Hanije and Levi stood in front of Eren's bed along with some other guys. " Why are you here? " Hanije said , I looked at Eren's sleeping figure then said. " I'm Eren's twin sister. " Everyone in the room looked at me then at Eren , I kept moving around in my chair unable to figure out what the hell was going on. " I see , Emma can you come with us. " Eyebrows said , I got up from my chair and approached the three. " Safety repercussions. " Hanije slapped some handcuffs on my wrist without hesitation. " Let me guess I'm getting arrested for doing nothing. " I muttered. " Actually we suspect you to be a titan too , since well your brother happens to posses those powers. " Course Eren has to drag me into this , I let out a breath then followed Hanije out the hallway. " So where are we going? " Hanije didn't say anything that was until she dragged me to a cell and locked me inside. " Well this is fun. " I sat on the floor in the corner and waited. Hours beyond hours passed and this cell was boring as hell , they moved Eren down here but he was still unconscious. Levi and Erwin were standing there like weirdos waiting for Eren to awake. " So how long am I gonna be in here. " I asked the two , they both looked at me before eyebrows spoke. " We aren't aloud to speak about that. " I let out a groan and lay'd my head against my knees. Eren finally woke up after a long ass time. "Finally you woke your ass up! " I yelled , Eren jumped in his bed shocked to see his little sister in the same cell hes in with shackles bound to my wrist. " Why are you here? " Eren asked , I nodded my head to the two standing outside the cell. " Ask them. " Where am I? " Eren asked , his voice was slightly scratchy from lack of water. " Your currently in custody of the militry police. " Erwin showed Eren the key I keep around my neck , I let Eren where it for good luck during the battle and now he has his hands on it. They started talking about Shiganshina and how Eren can use his titan for to seal it up. I blanked out tho after half of it. 

" Then why is Em here? " I perked my head up at the sound of my name. " Since the two of you are twins and share biological blood we were told that she was in custody too due to the fact that they suspect she can turn into a titan as well. " If I was a titan wouldn't I know already. More talking was between them which got annoying , they talked about the scouts and everything. Levi went up too the bars and stared at us threw them. " Good news , you guys are officially part of the scouts " 

Time skip the day of court.

Eren was off begging for shit from the people who were guarding the cell , what set me off was one of the guys he called Eren a monster right in are faces.I flipped out on him that wasn't right. " Shut the hell up calling him a monster you must be joking! You haven't seen those things like we did you sit here being fancy thinking you own everything! You haven't seen shit so stop being a bitch and stop saying shit! " The man gave me a glare and turned around looking at me threw the bars of the cell. " You talking back to me? " I smirked at the man and said. " Oh hell yeah I am! " Soon enough we heard footsteps then popped up at the bars was Hanije who looked kinda scary. " So then your Eren , hi Emma! " I waved at Hanije who was asking questions and apologizing. We ended up leaving the cell finally getting to see actual light again with this creepy guy who keeps stiffing people. I learned the guys name to be Miche who supposed to be very strong. After all the talking and introducing we entered a court room where to podiums were with a bar sticking threw them. We were forced to kneel as they stuck us to separate bars , I was on the left podium while Eren was on the right.

" All right shall we begin , your names are Emma and Eren Yeager and as a soldier you were sworn to give up your life for the good of the people , is that correct? " Me and Eren exchanged glances then said " Yes " In unison. I listened to the words this guy was saying but they were kinda confusing so I let Eren answer. Most of this was about Eren anyways but all this decided both are fates. I sat there kinda amused at the fight between Levi and the merchant  , It took all my will power not to make a sound. " Eren , Emma Yeager and Mikasa Ackerman at the tender age of 9 delt with 3 adult kidnappers by stabbing them to death. " Everyone was arguing claiming Mikasa and I were titans as well. " None of you were there! " I yelled , everyone went quiet at the yelling that came to my mouth. " Although we did those vile acts it was an act of self defense due to th fact Eren was being choke , Mikasa was already hit to the point she passed out and the fact I ended up getting stab too! " I choked on my breath as the whole room went silent. " None of you have even seen a titan so why are you so afraid , there's no sense in having power if your not gonna use it to fight , If your too scared to fight for your lives fine but let us do it! Your all cowards , Just shut up and put all your faith in us! " I smiled slightly at Eren's bravery that was until Levi kicked him in the face then started beating the crap out of him , Mikasa was ready to pounce. " Mikasa don't! " I yelled , she stopped and stared , I felt like this was a good thing. If he was a titan we can see if he'll heal like one. " Sir I have a proposition , there's still too much we don;t know and no doubt his danger will be ever present as such I suggest this. Eren and Emma will be placed under Captain Levi's supervision and will conduct a recon mission outside of the wall. 

" And if he loses control? " The man said , I looked at Levi. " I can definitely kill him the downside is there's absolutely no middle ground. " I looked back at the man before I spoke. " Sir , if he wishes to kill Eren I allow him to kill me too. " Eren widened his eyes I even heard Mikasa and Armin let out a gasp. At the end we were chosen to be in the scouts , we located in a room with Levi , Hanije , Miche and Erwin. Hanije was to busy treating Eren's wounds. I sat awkwardly next to Eren watching Hanije treat his wounds , Erwin was shaking his hand. That was until Levi sat on the couch making Eren jump in fear.
