"I think it's dead." I told the others. 10K agreed. Our El Camino just broke down.

"Well, we couldn't drive through that crap anyway. Adios, El Camino." Doc said. He closed the hood of the El Camino.

"El Camino." 10K said with a weird emphasis. I laughed at it, which caused him to smile over at me.

"You know, I love that you're a glass half full kind of guy." Addy told Doc.

"Especially when there's no goddamn glass." Murphy commented.

"Alright, looks like we're on foot. Grab what you can. Let's hit it." Warren told us. "Come on ,princess. Let's go." Warren told Murphy.

10K stopped and turned to me. "Are you sure you can make it through here? We're in California. I'm sure they can make it the rest of the way on their own."

"Like you said, we're in California. We're almost there. We've come so far. I need to see the end of this." I told him. He nodded in understanding.

"I just wanted to give you the option." 10K said.

"I've never been one to take the easy way out." I teased. He smiled.

"No kidding." He chuckled. "That's one of the things I love about you." He leaned in and pecked my lips. Then he held his hand out for me. I took it and he led me after the others.

We weren't walking very long when Murphy opened his big mouth. "How much further to this supposed rendezvous?"

"A days walk. Maybe two." Addy answered him ,sounding like she was ready to get rid of him already.

Murphy wasn't that bad. He has his moments where you just want to strangle him but he's not that bad.

"Everything looks the same." Murphy whined.

"Yeah. Well, fours years of a zombie apocalypse and a nuke will do that." Doc said.

"Nothing but rumble and dust. Must've been one hell of a fight." Vasquez observed.

"Makes you wonder what's left that's worth saving." Murphy commented.

"How did it come to this?" Warren asked. Warren got a far off look in her eyes. I don't know what she was thinking about, but she was being left behind because of it.

"Hey, princess. Keep it moving!" Murphy said ,clapping his hands to snap Warren out of it. She did snap out of it and started walking again.

Eventually we came up to a pile of ruble. Everyone was climbing it. I went to the side a bit ,where the pile of ruble was much smaller. I started climbing there. 10K came over and started helping me.

"Do you have any idea where we are?" Murphy asked.

"Somewhere in sunny Southern California." Addy told him.

"Seriously? How much further?" Murphy asked.

"Yeah, I don't feel so good." I spoke up. 10K started rubbing my back inn a comforting manner. Though it was my ankles that were hurting.

"Well, we could take a break." Warren told us. By that time, we were all on the other side.

"Thank God." I said ,sitting on one of the cement blocks we were climbing over.

"I'm curious of where we are too." Warren said.

"It can't be." Addy said after looking.

"So, where the hell are we?" Murphy asked rudely.

"Disneyland." Addy told us.

"What?" Warren questioned.

"Uh huh. It's hard to tell but I think 'it's a small world' would have been right over there." Addy told us.
