💉 MA 3: Chapter twenty one - Lotus Stronghold

Pinaliwanag sa amin ni Ai pagdating namin sa sasakyan kung bakit nya kami pinapamadali at yun ay dahil sa armored vehicle ang makakasalamuha namin. Buti na lang talaga nagmadali na kami dahil isang stronghold lang daw ang may armoured vehicle.

Rise Stronghold.

Sila lang ang may armoured vehicle na ninakaw pa nila sa military base na hindi kalayuan sa kanila. Sila din ang may pinaka maraming weapon since sila ang nakaraid sa military base bago pa man makuha ito ng mga undead. Well, yan lang ang sinabi sa amin ni Tom.

Dagdag pa ni John na isa sila sa inaayawan ang mga outsider gaya namin. Sinisisi nila ang mga outsider dahil sa nangyari dito.

"We're safe now." Dinig kong sabi ni Ai habang nakatingin pa rin sa phone nya. "It will take them five hours to catch up with us in their full speed." She added.

"And I they will not figure it out that we are the one responsible for raiding that mall." Sabat naman ni Yana.

Nakita ko na napanganga sila Tom sa pagiging confidence namin at parang nagtataka na rin sila sa mga nagagawa namin. Maybe they can be trusted?

"I can feel it. You want to know something about us." Sabi ko at napatingin naman ang mga kaibigan ko sa kanila.

I saw the guys stiff and look at us and then nod. Tumingin ako sa mga kaibigan ko and their eyes telling me that there is nothing wrong for them to know.

"Okay." I said and John open the glass part dividing us and Tom and Darius in driver's seat and in shotgun seat. "Do you know about Mint Academy?" I asked and they frowned.

"That prestigious all smart school?" Natawa naman kami sa description ni Tom.

"Whatever you describe that school." I said while waving my hands. "That is where we came from. We're one of those lucky people who become their students."

"Not just that. We're also one of the highest and respected student there." Pagmamalaki naman ni Jullia at mukhang di naman nagets ng mga ito.

"Mint Academy is a prestigious school only for those who had an IQ around two hundred and fifty it can be higher than that but not lower by that." Napanganga naman sila and natawa naman ako.

"And?" -Harvy.

"I can guess it!" Masiglang sabi ni Sunshine at napangiti naman ako. "You are on the top! Am I right? Oh my gosh! My mother want me to enter in that school when I graduated from high school!" Natawa naman kami sa dinagdag pa ni Sunshine.

"Yes. We're on top. There are three kinds of students base on their scores and ranks. In the last is the normal one, those who have an average scores. Next is the class A which is not far from the class S. They're all Verdant but there is a group ruled them the most." Sabi ko pa. Hindi ko alam kung bakit binago ni kuya Jared ang system ng school pero mas pumabor to sa lahat since hindi na nila kailangan pang ma-stress ng sobra. "The Verdant Ellipse. The top one to top ten of class A. You can say the honor students but it is higher than that. There is a freshman, Sophomore, junior and senior Verdant Ellipse."

"And you girls?" Tanong ni Darius while looking at us in rare mirror.

"Us? Oh we're sophomore Verdant Ellipse." Nakangiting sagot ni Min.

Nagkaroon naman ng hologram sa harap nila kahit sa pagitan ni Tom at Darius na ikinagulat nila. Nagpakita ng ballpen si Kass but we know na wala naman talaga sa ballpen yan.

"This is... "

"That's our information, Tom." Sagot ni Kass.

Halos nanlaki naman ang mata nya at nakitaan ko naman ng pagkamangha si Sunshine. Ramdam ko rin na gusto nya maging gaya namin kaya naman tumabi ako sa kanya.
