After a wonderful day I and Hiccup lied on the grass with me in his arms watching the sunset.
I couldn't believe how he had been able to make our anniversary so perfect. But I guessed that that's the kind of things you just have to accept when you have the best boyfriend in the world.
"Thank you for a perfect day." I said
"Thank you for being my girlfriend." He answered, I smiled up on him
"That's the smile I love. Why have you been hiding it the past weeks?" He asked. He was right, I had been distracted the past weeks. I just didn't know if I would bring this up on our anniversary.
"I don't wanna talk about it today." I said
"Please tell me. It's okay" He said with those beautiful eyes that I couldn't resist.
"I'm just worried. We haven't heard or seen anything from the dragon hunters on weeks and it feels strange."
He got things expression on his face like if he was thinking like crazy. Then he just held me closer. He kissed me on the top of my head before saying;
" I know. I've been thinking about it too but let's forget about it for now, okay?"
"okay" I said and kissed him.
Later that night I slept in his arms under the stars.
