"There's nothing to regret about it." - Robinson

"Luke, how did you..." I was speechless.

"I found the number to the store you used to work at and asked Danielle to ship it over here," he explained.

I placed the dress back in the box and wrapped my arms around him. "I love you."

"I love you, too." He squeezed me tighter. "There's also a note along with it."

By the corner inside the box, was a small piece of white folded paper.

I unfolded it and read it.

Dear Sasha,

I hope you have an incredible 18th birthday. You deserve it for all the times you have helped me. I miss you and I hope you and Luke have an amazing relationship that'll last forever.

Danielle Brown

"She said she hopes we have a forever relationship." I glanced up at my boyfriend.

"I know." He smiled. "And I hope so too."

"Me too."

"Go ahead. Try it on. I want you to wear it tonight."

"Where are you taking me?"

"Somewhere where you'd want to dress formally."

"You're scaring me." I shook my head as I slid out of my clothes and slipped the dress on.

"Wow." Luke stared at the view in front of him. "Wow, now I can officially call you the most beautiful girlfriend ever."

I twirled around, showing off.

"I'm doing your makeup!" Two girls shouted at the door.

I looked up to see Gabrielle and Jordyn impatiently waiting for me to choose.

"Have you ever thought maybe both of you could do my makeup?"

"Yes and that's a no," Jordyn argued.

"Why is that?"

"I've always wanted to do someone's makeup all by myself. I plan to become a makeup artist in my future." She held up her index finger and her eyes were closed with her head slightly tilted back like she was calling someone to order.

I looked at Luke for help, but he just shrugged, meaning that it was up to me.

"You both can do it." I decided to be fair instead.

Gabrielle and Jordyn sighed, frustrated by my desicion.

"Luke, how many times do I have to complain until you decide to stop using the blindfold?" I groaned as he tied the band into a knot.

"Til the day you agree to marry me."

Did he just...

"...wait, w-wh-what?"

"Don't worry, darling. Be prepared because we have a big night ahead of us." And with that, we roared off into the night.
