Amal's POV
What happened?
Why?
The day was going well ....
It's a nightmare, I'll wake up.
I slap myself in the hope of waking up.
Nothing.
I slap myself again and again ....
My slaps are so strong that my nose is bleeding.
- "No ..... no .... please ...." I look around me.
There is an old mattress in the corner of the room. A small window, I tried to go out there, but I'm too big. A light bulb, the only source of light that I have, sometimes sizzling.
It's cold.
I'm cold.
- "Connor .... help me .... please ...."
6 hours ago
I'm not working today, thankfully, the events with Connor in the car last night ... were ... acrobatic .... and I have some body aches ....
This thought makes me smile.Connor is about to leave for the police station.
- "It pisses me off that you have to work today ...." I would have liked to spend time with him.
- "I'll probably be back before 6 pm"
- "You have to return before 6 pm! Because ...."
Connor turns to me with a small smile.
-"Because?"
I stand up from the couch, sensually approaching him and whispering in his ear:
- "Because .... I would probably start without you ..." I nibble his earlobe.
Connor laughed softly, he kissed me deeply and said:
- "Do not worry, I'll be here." He winks.
Ahhhhhh, his famous wink, it melts me ....
I push him gently to tease.
- "You'll be late, go."
He goes to the front door, he turns one last time and says:
-"I love you!"
-" I love you too!!"
3 hours later.
I make a list, I have to go shopping.
- "So, we need milk, shampoo, yogurts, eggs, pasta .... Oh, and toothpaste."
I take my wallet and go to the supermarket.
There are not many people, I'll be able to do my shopping fast.
I pay, and walk to the bus stop, which is not there yet. I sigh and sit on the bench that is behind me.
- "It's going to be a little long ...."
I take my earphones and listen some music to wait.
Third's person POV
Amal listens to her music and does not pay attention around her. She does not notice the silhouette of a man approaching quickly to stand behind her.
