~Justin's point of view~

"Mom! I'm home! Darielle's here too!" I hollered as we entered my house. Throughout the whole time after the kiss . . . Neither of us said a word.

"I'm coming!" Mom hollered from upstairs. She probably just finished taking a bath. Darielle walked over and sat on a stool in the kitchen. I, on the other hand, sat on the couch.

It was quiet at first before my mom's footsteps hurrying down the steps. I turned my head around to find her in her PJ's. "Mom," I chuckled. "Why are you wearing you're PJ's? It's two in the afternoon."

She scowled as she puts her fists to her hips. "What? A mother can't wear her PJ's when she wanted to?" She questions even though she was joking. I chuckled at her childishness.

"Anyways, how was school? You two seem a little distant." She said as she eyed me and Darielle. I looked down and fiddled with my fingers. I opened my mouth to find some sort of excuse but Darielle beat me to it.

"Nothing happened at school Ms. Mallette. We just had a rough day." She responded. I sighed in relief. Thank you! "Did Justin got bullied again?" Mom questioned with a wary voice.

I gulped. Uh oh. . . "Uh. . ." Mom groaned and rushed over to sit next to me on the couch. "You did, didn't you?" Mom proclaimed. I stayed quiet as she sighed. "But Darielle saved me again." I mumbled.

Mom sighed in relief and got up to the kitchen. I watched as she walked up to Darielle who seemed in deep thought to even realized mom getting closer to her. What's mom doing?

Before I knew it, mom embraced her in a loving hug making Darielle taken aback as shock is written all over her face. Mom had a smile on her face. "Thank you." Mom whispered in her ear even though I could hear it.

It took a while for Darielle to respond. "You're welcome." She said with a warm smile making my heart go warm. I sighed and got up. "So, mom . . . why did you want us to be married? I mean, we you could have made us go through a relationship." I stated.

She sighed and let go of Darielle. She looked up at me with a serious look and then, "I don't know." I gave a 'Are-You-Serious-Right-Now-' look. Mom shrugged.

"But, no matter what . . . You're both getting married whether you like it or not." Mom huffed before skipping to the fridge. I whined and slumped over the kitchen stool and laid my head on the cold island.

What do I know about marriage?
