Chapter 12-Laur

Lauren's POV

  "That's it, I've had enough of you." Becca spat. She walked towards me...

I really didn't know what she was going to do, there was so much going through my head but in that moment I was terrified. I clutched the ends of the sofa and tried to shrink back into it.

It didn't work.

She bent down to look straight at me. If we were any closer our noses would be touching. "Don't worry Lauren, we're just gonna have some fun" she whispered.

A shiver ran down my spine. I tried to get up but she just pushed me back down. "Hold her" she commanded.

A strong pair of hands held back my shoulders on either side of me. Becca left the room. I looked to my right and Jason sat there, smirking. To my left the dark skinned boy tried to avoid eye contact. Finally I looked at the pretty girl in the chair. She looked fearful almost as if she was scared for me. Just then Becca came back in the room but with a glass this time.

"Have a taste Laur"she said, holding the glass on front of my face. I grimaced at the drink then looked straight at her.

"No" I said firmly.

"Come on, don't be like that" she spoke, sticking her bottom lip out, "We don't want what happened last time to happen again, do we".

I closed my eyes remembering how I had almost been forced to drink alcohol. I heard a voice and I opened my eyes.

"Leave it Bec" she said.

"Shut up Sofia! She deserves this" Becca yelled.

"Yeah maybe you should leave it", the boy to my left spoke, his voice low. His grip loosened around my shoulder.

"She said she doesn't want to" Sofia said to Becca "Just don't make a stupid mistake." She gave me a sad look, got up and left. The slam of the door echoed throughout the abandoned house.

I looked up at Becca with hopeful eyes but she just looked furious. Jason still had a strong hold on my right arm, pinning me back but the other boy's hands had completely left my left shoulder. She noticed this of course.

"I said to hold her down Kyle!" She said through gritted teeth.

Now both of my arms were strongly held back. I couldn't move. She came closer, drink in hand.

"No please, don't" I begged. She just smirked. I struggled but it was useless, the boys were too strong. 

She held my face tight, "Just a sip" she whispered. She brought the drink to my lips but i kept them pressed shut. 

I was not going to drink. I didn't trust her. She could easily have slipped something into that drink.

I felt a burning sensation to my cheek as she slapped me. I couldn't stop the tears from rolling down but I still didn't move my lips. That's when she punched me. The pain added to where she slapped me and I groaned. But I was known for being stubborn, just like Lisa. And I didn't part my lips.

Becca sighed in frustration. I smiled inwardly, knowing I was getting to her. "Seeing as you're unwilling to co-operate, let's make a deal" she said. I was confused, there was nothing she could say to make me drink what was in that glass.

"You drink, we leave Dani alone" she said with a grin, obviously knowing this was going to work. All I wanted was for Dani to be herself again and that was only gonna happen with Becca out the way.

I didn't look at her, just gave a slight nod of the head.

"Good girl" she exclaimed "Now, open up". With my arms still pinned back, she grabbed my face roughly and poured the drink down my throat. The burning on my cheek was nothing compared to the burning of my throat. I felt the boys release my arms and I sat up.

"It should kick in soon and you'll soon feel it" Becca said.

I stood up in front of her, "Feel what? What are you-" I was cut off by a wave of dizziness. I gripped my head as I started to lose my balance and Becca's face became a blur.
