Chapter 17-Girlfriend!?

Lisa's POV

I didn't move from my spot outside the bathroom on the floor for even a second. I sat there, my head against the bathroom door, listening to the sound of the water running and Lauren's cries. I had to phone the girls to let them know that Lauren was back. I phoned Christina and she immediately picked up.

"Hello, Lisa" she said quickly "Is it something about Lauren?" Her voice was croaky, like she was trying to control herself from crying.

"Hey, yeah it's about Lauren" I sniffed "She's home". I hear her sigh in relief and then I hear the sounds of other relieved girls and a really big shout of joy from Dani. I must have been on loudspeaker.

"Well can I talk to her?" Christina asked "She has some explaining to do."

"She's actually in the bath right now" I said nervously "I think you should just get home as fast as you can and then speak with her."

"Okay" she said uncertainly, "But we're gonna be awhile, we actually drove really far out to look for her."

"Ok see you soon Chrissy" I smiled.

"Bye Lise" she said, sounding so happy.

I disconnected the call and then finally got up and went to the room I shared with Dani and Lauren. My phone began to buzz. I frowned at an incoming call from a caller named 'Isaac'. Oh that must've been the boy from earlier, I smiled. Isaac. So that's what his name was.

"Hi Isaac" I said, putting emphasis on his name.

"Hey Lisa" He said putting emphasis on my name. I laughed lightly and then I heard heavier sobbing coming from the bathroom. My smile faded immediately.

"Uh, give me a second" I said through the phone. I walked towards the bathroom and knocked on the door lightly.

"Laur, is everything okay" I asked softly. I didn't get a reply.

"Lauren" I raised my voice, worriedly.

"Yeah" she said her voice barely audible.

"Okay, honey maybe you should think about getting out soon, you've been in there for almost half an hour." I said, my forehead resting on the outside of the door.

"Ok, I'll just finish up," she said, again, her voice barely above a whisper. I walked back to my room and put the phone to my ear.

"What happened, is she okay?" Isaac said sounding genuinely worried.

"I don't even know" I sighed, "Isaac you need to tell me everything."

Isaac's POV

I just came out of the shower and I checked Bec's room but she wasn't there. I mean she hardly ever is, she's probably out doing something illegal. I try to look out for her but  I swear that girl has a mind of her own. I sat on the couch and remembered I had to call Lisa. She's probably so worried about Lauren right now, and she needs to know how I found her. When she picked up and said my name it lit me up. And then when she laughed after I said hers, it was so amazing.]

"Uh, give me a second" she said through the phone. I hear her walk a short distance and then she seems to be talking to Lauren.

"Laur, is everything okay," I just about hear her ask. "Lauren" she says louder this time. I start to get worried but then Lisa speaks again, her voice calm assuring me that everything must be okay. When she's back on the phone, I instantly ask about Laur.

"What happened, is she okay?" I said.

"I don't even know" Lisa sighed, "Isaac you need to tell me everything."

I took a deep breath and then told her everything, from me going on the jog to how I ended up with Lauren in my arms on the Cimorelli's doorstep. There were a few minutes of silence.

"Lisa, you still there?" I asked.

"Yeah" she whispered "Thank you, really, for what you did I don-

"No stop, I would've done anything for Lauren" I said cutting her off.

"Wait, did you know Lauren before this all happened?" she asked.

"Yeah, did Lauren not tell you" I asked confused," She was my girlfriend."

"WHAT" she shouts, just as I hear the sound of footsteps in the other end of the phone.

"I need to go talk to Lauren now, she's out of the bathroom." she says, "but we are definitely talking about this again!" she angrily whispers. And I actually feel scared.

"Can't wait for it" I say sarcastically and then the line goes dead.
