The Repears Return! (Fairytail X Naruto)

Chapter 11

We have spent the last two days as a hot spring, much to my approval. It was relaxing, plus on the bright side I ate a lot of good food.

After the two days is where we are now. Walking towards the Tenshi bridge, where are so called Akatsuki member should be meeting Orchimaru. Yamato had pretty much caught me up to speed on the whole situation. I am still trying to figure out how he is useful to the team. His ANBU, was it, training is proved helpful, but still he must be needed for something more. I can see it in Tsunade's eyes, he is needed for something, but what for? I was also informed that the so called Sasori is dead. He helped in the kidnapping of Gaara, he is also lady Chiyo's grandson.

In a matter of minutes, a man with glasses, who I think I spoke with during the Chunin exams, appeared in the bridge. Yamato made a few handsigns, wood surrounding his body. He seamlessly looked like the short man in the picture he copied. "Wow! Good job captain Yamato you look just like him."

"Now I just need to get the voice." He did a series of weird sounding pitches. His voice became lower and he muttered a few words to himself. "Lets get this started now!"

"His name is Kabuto if I remember correctly." I said as Naruto nodded his head, maybe the knucklehead did mature, maybe. I was referring to the ninja who appeared on the bridge. He seemed serious and ready for a fight, which I hope it didn't come down to. Kabuto raised his hand, in mere seconds a man with purple markings appeared. From appearance this is the Orchimaru that took Sasuke, I also recall seeing him in the Chunin exams, HE'S THE MAN WHO GAVE ME THAT HICKEY! Rage immediately filled my body.

"I'm gonna kill him." I whispers to no one in particular. Naruto sensed my anger and put a hand on my shoulder. "Me too."

"That hickey was painful for Freed to get rid of." I mumbled as Yamato stared us down telling us not to get in the way of his work. Then things started to not add up. According to Yamato the person he was supposed to be meeting was a spy from Orchimaru. So why would the snake boy be here. Unless...

"Yamato get out of there!" I shouted, it seemed as he had noticed to and let down the transformation.

"Orchimaru! Tell me where Sauske is!" Naruto had yelled out of rage. I jumped and landed seamlessly next to him. I noticed Orchimaru's twisted face became more twisted as he saw me. "Don't kill her, she posses the mark. I want her alive."

His slurred voice sent mental chills throughout my body. Sai and Yamato had joined at this point, the aggravation on Yamato's face was undoubtedly noticeable.

He wants me, this could play out in our favor. Put up a reasonably good fight, get taken, let my team believe it. The take me to Sasuke, I knock some sense into him and bam the leaf has a ninja on the inside of the enemys grasp. This would be perfect. Once inside I can use time dragon to go to the leaf and inform the Hokage of my 'betrayal' and everyone wins... I hope.

Now all that I need to do is put on my acting face, and maybe beat the snake and pokemon up a bit. Oops, sorry Kabuto wrong Fandom.

I noticed a red like cloak begin to surround Naruto, this must be the tailed beast chakra in his possession.

I was the first to attack, moving at a decent pace I unsheathed my scythe and rounded it on Kabuto's neck.

He kicked backwards, I allowed it to hit my knee, it loosened the brace slightly, I cursed and jumped back. Kabuto smirked as I regrouped with my team.

If I did betray, I couldn't tell Naruto, he is terrible with secrets, Yamato would understand. Or at least I hope he would. Kabuto's palm became engulfed in his blazing blue chakra. So this is where the real fight begins. "By the way Sasuke came to us on his own accord, so giving him back isn't as easy as it would seem."

Naruto jumped up from his position. Taking Orchimaru by surprise with the power that had radiated off of him. With a slash he sent Orchimaru flying off the bridge and into a tree. I saw Sai somewhat cringe in his emotionless array of emotions.

With the fury Naruto displayed, I would not want to be in his way. The bridge swayed from Naruto's crude landing. One tail was visable, according to Kakashi the tails are triggered by anger. The more anger the more tails. What Kakashi also said that the cloak did suffeciant damage to his body.

"Naruto calm down! Anger isn't going too solve anything. Kabuto was speaking inaudible words to Naruto which only seemed to rile him up even more. I pick up on footsteps coming back towards the bridge. My head snapped to the sound as Orchimaru staggered his way back. "Your starting to act more like a jinjuriki...,"

"Now I see." His eyes tried on Yamato, what the hell is there connection. He kept walking why everyone stayed silent. No one daring to break the unsettling silence. "Why he was chosen to be your watchdog. Seems my experiment did come in handy."

"What do you mean lord Orchimaru?" Kabuto asked, as I'd I thought it couldn't happen Orchimaru's smirk grew wider. "Back when I was among the leaf, I had them wrapped around my finger. I was in charge of the first Hokage autopsy, I took his DNA and placed it inside of fifty subjects. However shortly after the frail bodies were rejecting the treatment, another incident had caused me to leave my lab as it was. I never dreamed there would have been any survivors. The leaf really does owe me."

"This is miraculous seeing your work come though years after it was done." Kabuto sneered out which made Orchimaru raise a brow. I had noticed Naruto's tails start to grow at a quicker pace. "I am more intrigued by Sasuke, he needs to spread his wings."

This pushed Naruto over the edge. His crimson red chakra was creating violent windstorms around us. Shattering some of the bridge rails.
