    'Kaima,you can sit with Anulika if you want. I don't want another accident. 'Mr Jimi said pinning a look at Jidenna who rolled his eyes when we got to the lab for our chemistry period.' No it's fine.' I said and sat beside Jidenna who looked surprised. 'Okay today,we are going to continue with organic chemistry. See the note on the board. I beg you,no noise or trouble. Nobody should burn another person's face ooo' mr Jimi said before leaving the class.' I just pray that we will not fail chemistry in WAEC because of this man. Yansh(ass) fly.' Fiyin murmured and we all laughed. 'Hey' I whispered to Jidenna but he ignored me. Really,we're back to that.' Can you stop ignoring me please.' I said and he continued writing his note.' Jidenna?' I whispered trying to touch his hand but he flinched. He gathered his belongings and went to meet Anulika to exchange seats with her. Now that hurt.' Kaima,is everything okay.' Anulika asked and I faked a smile at her.' Who is Esosa to Jidenna,' I blurted out and Anulika smiled knowingly, 'see,I know you like Jidenna but you dont want to tell me abi.' Anulika said. I know telling Anulika about my crush is like asking her to be my alarino and I wasn't ready to be embarrassed by Jidenna.' I don't. So somebody can not ask question again.' I said and she smiled 'okay ooo. I honestly don't know what Esosa is to Jidenna. I would say his side chic but disgusting as she is,he treats her more than that. They used to date sef and they broke up but I don't know what he is still doing with her. Maybe they are back together, but Fiyin asked him and he said they are not dating. She's an ashawo(slut) jare. Always kissing him and holding him as if she owns him. Even Fiyin doesn't claim him like that yet he is the best friend oo. To me, I think Jidenna is just using her as pass time.' Anulika said and it didn't make me feel better.' She must be pretty.' I whispered in jealousy but Anulika heard me.' Pretty oshi. She's a skinny fuck. Flat like drawing board.' Anulika said and I laughed.' Anu this your mouth ehn.' I said still laughing. 'You think I'm exaggerating, don't worry na, you will soon see her.' Anulika hissed.' So you are saying Jidenna doesn't have eyes abi.' I giggled.' Okay she's fine small but she's still flat. The annoying thing is that she will now be pressing her flat chest and ass to Jidenna, did he tell her he wants to touch iron. Fiyin even told me that she has sent her nudes to Jidenna asif he has not seen drawing board in technical drawing lab before. God saved her that Jidenna is matured so he deleted it and didn't tell anybody apart from his bestie. Slut oshi, tufiakwa.' Anulika said ' maybe he actually likes her.' I said and Anulika twisted her mouth. Shio,like ko. Abeg let's write our note before Mr Jimi will come now' She said and I looked at Jidenna who was laughing at what Fiyin said and I sighed.
     'Aren't you coming for lunch. After lunch today we're allowed to go to the hostel because teachers are having a meeting with Mrs Laurel. She's the owner you know ' Anulika asked.'no. I need to finish this note and I'm not really hungry.' I said yawning, but Anulika looked keenly at me. 'Are you okay ehn, you've been really quiet since' Anulika said and I nodded like a bubble head. 'Okay ooo' Anulika said and left the class.' I said. Few minutes minutes later, Jidenna came in. Oh great,just the person I wanted to see. He looked at me for a while. He was about leaving when I remembered his cardigan that was in my bag.' Em Jidenna,' I said fishing out his cardigan, surprisingly he didn't ignore me.' em..I just wanted to return your cardigan. Thank you, I...washed it' I said handing his cardigan to him.' Oh...er...thanks' he said raising a brow then he probably remembered why he gave me ' and for the drug.' I said and turned to go to my seat.'..er..are you okay.' He suddenly said and I looked at him.' I mean, are the pains gone' he asked his fair skin turning red as he blushed. He looked so adorable. Seriously, Kaima. 'Yes the pain only lasts till the first day. Did I just say that and are I seriously talking about my menstrual pain with Jidenna.' Okay.' He smiled and turned to go. He smiled at me. I thought he hates me.' Did I do something to you' I blurted as he was about leaving. 'What?' He asked confused. 'I mean did I do something to make you hate me' I asked. Way to go,Kaima.'                       
'I dont hate you'

'Yes, you do. Immediately I came you concluded I not worth your friendship.'

'Listen, I dont hate you. I'm serious. '

Well that was a relief

'But that doesn't mean I like you. I dont hate you or like you. I feel indifferent about you' he said cooly

And bubble burst.

'Why? Did I do something to you 'I asked stupidly. That hurt.

'No but because everyone likes you doesn't mean I should but really I dont hate you'

Is that supposed to make me feel better or what.

'Then why have you been helping me and acting like you care' I snapped.

'Cause,you happen to be my classmate and house mate. I'd do the same thing for Anulika or Theodora or anyone.'

'Oh okay' I said and picked my bag and pushed past him leaving the class and I could feel his stare at my back.

A/n I'm sad. Jidenna doesn't like Kaima and she wants to cry.
