Today is Hayden's 1st birthday and Jacks 22nd birthday so we are having a huge party for them later today
Hayden started talking a few months ago and as of right now he can say words like mommy, daddy, yes, no, please, I love you, and sorry. Ik one year olds can't talk that much but for the sake of this story we're going to pretend okay
He also can walk and he LOVES to run. Most days are spent running and chasing him around the house
We have a big backyard with a bunch of things he can play on and he definitely takes advantage of that
Speaking of running right now I am chasing him trying to get him to take a bath
I think he thinks we're playing a game because he keeps laughing
"Jack can you please help me" I ask after the fifth time we run past him
"Eh I think he's having fun"
I stop for a second and give him my best glare
"Fine I'll help"
After a second of Jack running after him he picks him up and runs to the bathroom
"How did you do that?" I ask still out of breath walking in the bathroom
"I'm his favorite all I did was pick him up"
I roll my eyes and start putting water into bathtub
After its full I put Hayden in the water and start to give him the bath however it is a struggle because he keeps splashing water all around
"Please stop" I ask
"Sorry mommy" he responds while pouting which is the cutest thing I've ever seen
"It's okay"
