We just got back from our one month vacation and we have to find a preschool for Hayden
Daniel wanted to watch the twins so we dropped them off at his house while we take Hayden around to a bunch of schools.
Every school we go to Hayden hates. And to be honest me and Jack hate too.
There's something about the teachers that seem fake and mean. We want Hayden to have a nice teacher.
"Ugh there's no where else" I complain when we get in the car
"Don't worry mommy we find a place" Hayden says patting my shoulder
"I'm hope we do. But for now do you want to go out for lunch"
"YAYYYY" he claps
Jack laughs and drives away

During lunch we go online to find more schools. When we look online I find one that is close to our house.
I look at the reviews and they're all good
"Hey Jack look at this"
I show him the school and he nods in approval
"Call them"
I call the school and they set up a tour for after we're done eating
We finish lunch and make our way to the preschool
"I SO EXCITED MOMMY AND DADDY I WANT SCHOOL"
"I'm happy you want to go so badly"
We pull into the school and Hayden looks at it happily
"Let go" he pulls on mine and Jacks hands pulling us into the school
"Woah calm down buddy" Jack says patting his head with his free hand
"Don't hit me daddy"
"I didn't hit you I pat your head"
"Well I don't like that"
"Sorry buddy"
We walk into the school and I tell the front desk that we are here for a tour
They smile and lead us to a bright preschool room
"You can take a seat in the chairs and the teacher will be out shortly"
"Okay thank you"
She leaves the room and we sit in the small chairs
"Woah it so nice here" Hayden admires looking around
"Do you like it so far"
"I love it"
Soon the door to the preschool opens and a teacher walks in
"Hi I'm Miss. Hailey and hopefully your new teacher" she says directly to Hayden
"Hiiiiiiii" Hayden excited says waving
"And I assume you're Mr. and Mrs. Avery?"
"Yup"
We shake her hand and she sits in front of us
"Okay so first of all, I want to say I have a 15 year old daughter and she is obsessed with you and your band" she says to Jack
"Oh cool"
"Yeah she'll be happy to hear you're here. Anyways welcome to the school I see your son is 3 years old"
"Yeah I so big" Hayden says proudly
"You are. So normally we have 4 and 5 year olds so when's his birthday?"
"July 1, 2023 if that's a problem it's okay"
"Oh no it's not a problem he's just going to be a little younger than everyone else"
"Thats fine with us if it's fine with you"
"Of course so school starts in September so we just have a few papers for you guys to sign and then we'll see you in a few months"
"Sounds good"
She leaves the room to get the papers and comes back very quickly
They are just to get emails and phone calls about the school and to make sure we want to go
We sign them immediately and she puts them into a file cabinet
"Well that's all now feel free to look around the classroom while I go on my break. If you have any questions you can feel free to stay until I come back if not you can leave"
She leaves the room and we look around
"Oooooo look mommy" Hayden points to a section of the class with a bunch of books
"Aw my smart boy always loving books" I ruffle his hair and he slaps my hand away
"Hey not hair"
"Wow you're more like your father than I expected"
