It is finally the day. Me and Jack are going on our trip and the one bad part is the plane

I mean I guess being without the kids would also be a bad part but let's not talk about that

We are bringing Lily to Jack's moms house and then to the airport

"HAYDEN, HUNTER, ELLIE COME DOWNSTAIRS WE'RE LEAVING"

They all run downstairs I make them hug me

"We'll be back in a week. Do your homework, go to school, don't do drugs, don't stay up too late, lock the doors at night and after you leave for school, make sure everything is safe when you have the party, lock our room with valuables in it and lock the laundry room, no alcohol, and lastly please make sure you call and text us everyday." I tell them the rules and they agree

"Oh and Hayden's in charge"

"What no he'll boss us around" Ellie says

"No I won't. Thank you so much for this opportunity I won't let you down"

"Okay well goodnight we love you see you in a week" we give them each one more hug and leave the house

I put Lily in her car seat and sit in the back with her

"Mommy I gonna miss you so much"

"I'll miss you too but I'm going to call you every day okay"

"Okay I love you"

We get to the house and after we get everything settled with his mom we start to leave but before we do Lily runs over to us

"I-I don't want you to leave" she says hugging my legs

"Aw I'm sorry" I bend down and hug her hoping she'll just go and hug Jack and be fine but nope she starts to cry

"Don't leave mommy don't leave" she screams over and over again

I pick her up and hug her close to my chest

"Shh baby it's okay I love you"

"NO! DONT LEAVE PLEASE PLEASE DONT LEAVE ME I LOVE YOU"

"Shh relax it's okay" I rock back and forth waiting for her to relax

After probably 10 minutes of her screaming she calms down

"I don't want you to go"

"I know but I have to."

"F-Fine" she pouts and I hug her one more time before handing her to Jack

"We should put her to bed and then leave" jack suggests

We walk up to where she'll be sleeping and lay her down

"Mommy and daddy have to leave now okay" I tell her once she is fully calm

"O-okay"

"I love you baby remember that"

We kiss her forehead before we go and rub her back until she is asleep

"Wait" she whispers before we leave

"Yes Princess?"

"I love you guys"
