Today the calendar came in and I'm going to finally give it to Hayden
I put the twins down for a nap and call him downstairs
"Hayden!!! I have a surprise for you"
"SURPRISE?!?! YAY" he runs down the stairs and into my arms
"I hope you like it" I get the box which is already Pre-opened cause I don't trust a two-year-old with sharp objects and give it to him
He opens it up and takes the calendar out
"What it?"
"It's a calendar. So you can see how many days until daddy comes home"
He gasps and gives me a big hug
"I LOVE IT THANK YOU, MOMMY"
"You're welcome"
"Can you open it for me"
I open the wrapping and hand it to him so he can look at it first
"Oooo it so nice. It has so many picture"
"Yeah it's all of you"
"I love it soooooo much can hang it in room"
"Yeah let's go"
I get a pin from the drawer and we go into his room
"Where do you want it," I ask walking into the extremely messy room
"Next to bed"
"Okay"
I put it on the wall and he gets a marker that is for some reason laying on his headboard and he goes to when Jack told him he would be back and puts a 0
"Mommy, you write the number for how many days till he back?"
I mark the calendar with how many days until he's home and ends up with him coming back in 55 days on August 20th
"Okay now you have to clean your room is a mess"
"You help?"
"Sure"
