Food Fight! (Chapter 5)

As we were heading our way up to the dining pavilion, Annabeth was telling us about life here, and that there was originally twelve cabins, each for the children of the twelve Olympians. But now they added more cabins for the children of the minor gods, thanks to her boyfriend Percy Jackson, whom I assumed to be the boy with sea green eyes, being a son of Posiden. They also had specific tables in the dining pavilion for each of the gods children. She then explained to us that since we're yet to be claimed, we were to stay and eat with the Hermes cabin until we were. Once we got there, Zion said that he was to say hi to his other satyr and nymph friends. So we said our byes and continued on. Once we got there, we saw that there was a lot of kids there. So as told to do so, we grabbed our food went over to the fire and sacrificed some of our food to the gods, and sat down at the crowded Hermes table. As you sit down across from your friends, two boys came and sat down on either side of you. They both were tall and had brown hair, they looked alike in fact. They had to be twins. You could can also tell by looking at them that these two were trouble makers. This made since considering that these two were children of Hermes. 

"Hey cupcake, I'm Connor Stoll." 

"And I'm Travis Stoll!"

"What's your name?" They said in unison.

"Um...y/n." You reply. 

"Well y/n, have ya checked out the woods yet? I could show you! Just you and me taking a little stroll with Stoll." Connor then added a wink.

"Connor!" Travis exclaimed. "She could be our sister!"

"Well that would stink, well just gonna have to wait till your godly parent claims you. See ya in the cabin y/n!" Connor waved goodbye. After they left, you looked over at your friends like 'ok then, that happened.' B/f/n looked like she was silently laughing her head off, David's expression was hard to read, it looked like he was...jealous? 'No, he was just being a protective friend. Right?' You decided to push the thought out of your head.

To change the mood, you picked up a piece of y/f/f (your favorite food) with your fork and flung it at David. David looked at you but you were looking in another direction like nothing happened. The frown on his face caused a smile to creep on your face. With that he picked up a pea and flung it at you. You looked over at him like seriously, he just gave the 'what did I do?' look. You smiled and he smiled back. At that point b/f/n wanted in the action too, flinging food at the two of you. Soon the whole Hermes table was throwing food at each other. Then it started to spread to the Ares table, then Apollo. Soon everyone was throwing food at each other like maniacs. Even that lonely boy with the pale skin and dark hair! You knew this because he hit you with a promegranate seed, which what was he was eating earlier. (That kid doesn't have much of an appetite!)

Everyone was laughing and dirty with food stains, when suddenly Chiron clapped his hooves on the table, getting everyone's attention. "That's enough now! So now it is time for campfire!" And so with that, everybody hollered and ran towards the campfire.
