You suddenly flew your eyelids open, only to be greeted by a blinding white light. You blinked a couple times, waiting for your eyes to adjust to the blinding light.

Groaning, you forced yourself to sit up, taking in your surroundings.

You were definitely not in your bedroom.

There was white tile walls surrounding you, as well as the ceiling and floor. The only furniture that occupied the room was a bed. By bed, you mean a nest of straw with a blanket. Well, things could be worse.

That's when you realize you were alone.

Panic started to rise up in your chest. You couldn't remember what happened exactly, but the last time you checked you weren't by yourself. You took another scan of your surroundings. There didn't seem to be a door or any windows. Great. That's one idea scratched off the escape list. However, you started to hear groaning behind one of the walls. Well someone just woke up.

The walls weren't soundproof.

"David! B/f/n!"

You heard a muffled "Hey! Y/n?! Is that you? Are you ok?!" It was David. B/f/n didn't respond. However you did hear someone behind another wall groan "burritos!"

"Zion?! Are you ok?!"

"Fooooooooooood!" He'll be fine.

"Hey! Is everyone ok?!" It was Jaguar. She sounded panicked and scared.

"I'm fine, but I had no response from B/f/n, Leo, or Nico!" You reply.

"Leo and Nico are fine, but I didn't hear anything from B/f/n!"

Another wave of panic coursed through you. But you fought it down. No time to panic now, panic later.

"Nico!"

"Y/n?!"

"Do you think that you can try to shadow travel yourself out of here and get help?!"

"There's no shadow for me to do so! Even if there was I doubt I could be able to anyway, it's this room, I feel drained."

He was right. The white lights everywhere prevented any shadows. You also felt a little drained, like the room itself was sucking the energy out of you to power it's stupid lights.

You were running out of ideas.

Suddenly someone materialized infront of you. You yelped and stumbled backwards.

Infront of you stood a man that had black fur covering his body head to toe. But the feature that draws the most attention were his huge ears. It was a furry, humanoid, Dumbo.

What is he?

You tried to rack your brain for anything on a furry man with Dumbo ears but came up empty. But just like any other monsters you have ran into, he must like to be recognized. So first step in this case is bluffing so that you have more time to mentally scan through all the monster articles you have read to prepare you for the quest to try to remember the name of this thing and how to defeat it.

"Hold on, you look familiar," You lied, "you're very powerful and feared."

This seem to please him, "Well, I can be frightening when I wish." It bragged. "Though I'm often made fun of by others, calling me a Panda bear. But those aren't even threatening!" He hollered and threw his furry arms into the air.

"I do know you." You realized, not having to bluff anymore, "you're a pandos."

His eyes gleamed in happiness that he was recognized. "And a powerful one too! I guard the Master and the Lord." He bragged.
