He Found Me (Chapter 14)

You were woken from your dark vision, and looked up to a pair of concerned green eyes.

"David." You breathed out. How did he find me? You questioned silently. You then remembered why you were hiding in the first place. You started jumping to your feet to sprint away but David pinned you to the ground, preventing you from going anywhere. 

"Please let me go!" You begged. 

He just looked at you, and then grinned?!

"Nope!" Was his reply. So you just tried wriggling your way out, no use, David had a really strong grip on you. "Why did you go after me?! You could have gotten hurt or killed even! How did you even find me?! Why didn't you just let me..." The questions just kept flowing until David cut you off by cupping a hand over your mouth, almost silencing you. You gave out a muffled "hey!" 

Your slightly angered eyes gazed into his sparkling ones, his grin grew bigger and more playful. 

"You ask a lot of questions y/n," he noted, "but isn't the answer obvious?" 

You kept silent, not much you can clearly say with a hand covering your mouth.

"Y/n...I really.." He was cut off from b/f/n's voice.

"HEY! DAVID FOUND HER! THE'RE OVER HERE!!!!!" 

Great. Way to ruin the moment.

Before you could make a comment on her load voice you were tackled by a bone crushing hug. B/f/n must be part anaconda or something, cause that girl can hug. David joined in the group hug. Then the seven and Nico jogged over.

The next thing you know Leo joined the hug, then Piper, Hazel, Anabeth, Percy, Jason, and Frank! Nico, not liking physical contact, just looked over you, did he just give a small grin?!

You've only known these people for about a week and they are treating you like your family, b/f/n and David are reasonable, but the seven and Nico?! This really touched your heart, until you realize that they don't know about your dream. So you looked at Nico, pleadingly. He got the message. He managed to pry everyone off you. You can breath again! You gave Nico a silent thanks, he nodded his head in return, he knew how it feels. 

David hauled you to your feet. You then immediately looked down at your shoes. 

"Sorry. I shouldn't have bolted like that. Thank you for finding me." You looked up at everyone's faces. Forgiveness and concern in their eyes. 

Everyone hugged you again, this time Nico included, but it was short. For a voice could be heard yelling not so far away.

"Take that stink breath! Phew! Ever heard of toothpaste?!" Sounded like a girl, a teenager maybe.

Then followed by a ROAR!

One look from your friends and you take out your weapons, Moirai gleaming in your hands. With a battle cry, you and your new found friends charge into battle.
