Surprise! (Chapter 11)

Your fingers wrapped around the mike, you take a shaky breath and started to sing...

You started singing y/f/s, because well, it was your favorite song! This was the song you knew by heart. You were so caught up in surprise that you couldn't think of anything else, which you were fine with. Your voice smoothly glides in all directions, immediately changing the mood of around the campfire, you noticed this because the campfire had suddenly changed into a brighter color. From what you heard it changes color when the overall mood changes. It was warm and welcoming, happiness was radiating from it. This is how you felt every time you heard or sang this song. When you got to the chorus, the crowd started clapping to the beat, making you grin as you sang. You scanned the crowd to find your friends hollering and whistling and your grin became a full on smile. Both Leo and b/f/n were dancing around, the seven(who you met earlier, don't worry I'll get to that) were standing and cheering you on, David couldn't stop smiling and staring at your smile, and Nico, he was off to the side as usual, but was that a grin on his face? No! That can't be! You must of had some hint of shock on your face because that little grin just grew bigger! 

Happy memories of home came flowing at you like a smooth little stream. Your sister's birthday, Christmas, the few activities you did and enjoyed, you hanging out with David and b/f/n, and happy little things from when you were four and five years old. 

At these memories more passion and emotion flowed from your voice, and into the crowd. Their eyes seemed to glaze over slightly, some with tears of happiness. They are thinking of happy memories, you realized. You always known that you had this effect when you sang, but this was the most powerful it has ever been!

You sang out the final phrase, and the crowd erupted in cheers!!! You took a bow. This is the most attention you have had in forever! Your anxiety was kicking in but a part of you just pushed it away. You were so happy right now you couldn't even think of things like that! You looked at the crowd again to find both of Nico's and David's expressions alike, but you weren't sure what expression that was. The seven and b/f/n were cheering and hollering and clapping like crazy! Your smile was growing and now you could really feel the warmth of the fire. You took a final wave at the crowd when you noticed everyone has fallen silent. A look of shock from everyone. There was a new glow now, but not from the fire...

But above my head, you you finished you thought silently. You slowly took your gaze from the crowds shocked expressions and gasped at what you saw...

Hey people! Sorry if this chapter was a little short, but I'll try to make the next one longer. This was a little difficult to write and I hope it wasn't to disappointing.
