~Day 70~
Rebecca sat on a lawn chair by the RV, reading one of her favorite books that Dale shockingly had in his collection...The Outsiders.
Rebecca was reading the chapter where Johnny had died when she heard a voice.
"Dale, here's some peaches for you."
Snapping her head up from her book, she saw Glenn, carrying a bin of peaches. "Mm, thank you." Glenn then walked over to Andrea and greeted her. "Morning," she replied back before walking off.
Glenn then walked over to T-Dog. "Sup?" "Nothing. Nothing's up. Why?" Glenn asked, making Rebecca furrowed her eyebrows at Glenn as Dale and T-Dog did the same. Glenn picked up the bin again and walked away from the group, causing Rebecca to follow after him.
"Hey, Glenn! Wait up!"
Glenn froze. He knew he wouldn't be able to lie to Rebecca considering the two knew when they were lying to one another. Rebecca caught up to Glenn and stood in front of him.
Glenn nervously smiled at Rebecca. "Morning, Becca." Rebecca crossed her arms, The Outsiders book still in her hand. "Morning, Glenn...You know, you never offered me a peach back there." "Oh, sorry. Here you go," Glenn said before handing her a ripe peach.
"Thank y-"
"What if somebody told you something that somebody else should know?" Glenn blurted out as Rebecca simply stared at him. "Uh...well...you should definitely tell me because one, I'm your best friend and two, I knew you were hiding something so I'm glad I didn't have to pester you to reveal your secret. So, what's the 411?"
"Well..."
"Spit it out."
"There's walkers in the barn and Lori's pregnant." Glenn blurted out before bracing himself for a punch to his arm but it never came. He opened his eyes and saw that Rebecca was still staring at him.
"...There's walkers in the barn and Lori's pregnant?" Rebecca said slowly. "Yes," Glenn clarified. "And how do you know that there are walkers in the barn?"
"Remember last night, Maggie and I was passing notes-" "You mean love notes?" Rebecca teased. "Yeah, whatever. I wrote on there to meet me at the barn. I went there and saw the walkers. She caught me and told me not to tell anyone."
Rebecca nodded. "Okay...and how do you know about Lori possibly being pregnant?" Glenn shook his head. "Not possibly, is pregnant. She asked me to get her a pregnancy test that day Maggie and I went for a run to the pharmacy."
"Huh...okay...Am I the only person you've told about this." Glenn nodded. Rebecca nodded as well.
Out of nowhere, Rebecca slapped the back of Glenn's head, causing him to drop the bin of peaches.
"OW! What was that for?!"
"For telling me your dirty secrets!" Rebecca hushed. "You just betrayed Maggie's trust and you told me Lori's secret which I'm assuming she hasn't told Rick yet, am I right?"
Glenn sighed glumly. "Yeah..." Rebecca scoffed. "Great. You just betrayed two women's trust. "I suck at lying." "No shit, Sherlock. I know you suck at lying. You can't even play poker with a straight face." "I know." Rebecca sighed. She hated making Glenn feel upset about this. "Look...just...keep these secrets to yourself. Don't tell anyone else." Glenn nodded.
Rebecca picked up a peach and patted Glenn's shoulder before walking off. She made her way over to Daryl's tent. She reached the tent and was about to pull the flap open but stepped back when Andrea stepped out of the tent.
