~Day 61~
Amy and Andrea came back to camp with a couple dozen fish on their string.
"Oh baby. Will you look at that? Hey, check it out," Morales said with a laugh. "Ladies, because of you my children will eat tonight. Thank you." "Thank Dale. It's his canoe and gear," Andrea replied.
"Becca, look. Look at all the fish," Carl exclaimed. "Damn, you two caught a ton," Rebecca said as she smiled at the sisters. "Mom, look!" Carl yelled as Lori walked over to them, "Thank you." "Whoa," Carl exclaimed as he poked a fish that was on the rope. "Yeah, whoa. Where did you two learn how to do that?" Lori asked.
"Our dad," Amy replied. "Can you two teach me how to do that?" Carl asked. "Sure. I'll teach you all about nail knots and stuff," Andrea said to Carl before looking up at Lori. "If that's okay." "You won't catch me arguing."
Andrea spotted Dale walking back into the camp. "Hey, Dale. When's the last time you oiled those line reels? They are a disgrace." Dale didn't answer Andrea as he didn't seem his usual happy self. "I, uh, I don't want to alarm anyone, but we may have a bit of a problem."
Shane got up and walked over. Dale pointed him toward Jim, who was up on a hilltop, digging holes.

Jim hasn't stopped digging. Not even when the whole camp had come to join him. He still kept digging.
"Hey Jim," Shane said but Jim did not reply. "Jim, why don't you hold up, all right? Just give me a second here, please."
"What do you want?" Jim asked as he kept on digging.
"We're all just a little concerned man, that's all," said Shane. "Dale said you've been out here for hours," Rebecca pointed out.
"So?"
"So why are you digging? Are you heading to China, Jim?" Shane asked. "Why does it matter? I'm not hurting anyone." "Yeah, expect maybe yourself. It is a hundred degrees today. You can't keep this up," said Dale.
"Sure I can. Watch me."
"Jim, they're not gonna say it so I will. You're scaring people. You're scaring my son and Carol's daughter," Lori stated. Rebecca felt someone take a hold of her hand and she looked down to see that it was Carl. She squeezed his hand to assure him that everything would be okay.
"They got nothing to be scared of. I mean, what the hell, people? I'm out here by myself. Why don't you all just go and leave me the hell alone?"
"We think that you need to take a break, okay? Why don't you go and get yourself in the shade? Some food maybe. I'll tell you what, maybe in a little bit I'll come out here and I'll help you myself. Jim, just tell me what it's about. Why don't you just go ahead and give me that shovel?" said Shane.
Jim shoved the shovel down to the ground and looked at Shane. "Or what?" "There is no or what. I'm asking you. I'm coming to you and I'm asking you, please. I don't want to have to take it from you," said Shane.
"And if I don't, then what? Then you're gonna beat my face in like Ed Peletier, aren't you? Y'all seen his face, huh? What's left of it. See, now that's what happens when someone crosses you," Jim said before he went back to digging.
"That was different, Jim," Shane stated.
"You weren't there," Andrea pointed out. "Ed was out of control. He was hurting his wife." "And he also gave Rebecca that black eye she currently has," said Jacqui. "That is their marriage. That is not his. He is not judge and jury. And as for Rebecca, she shouldn't have gotten into the middle. Who voted you king boss, huh?"
