~Day 60~
"My God, it's like Times Square down there," Andrea stated as she and Jacqui look down over the side of the building.
"How's the signal?" Morales asked T-Dog. "Like Dixon's brain-weak." Rebecca chuckles while Merle gives T-Dog the finger. "Keep trying," Morales insisted.
"Why? There's nothing they can do. Not a damn thing," Andrea said looking at Rick. She then angrily walks away. "Got some people outside the city is all. There's no refugee center. That's a pipe dream," said Morales.
"Then she's right. We're on our own. It's up to us to find a way out." Rick said. "Good luck with that. These streets ain't safe in this part of town from what I hear," said Merle. He then looks over at Rebecca, "Ain't that right, sugar tits? Hey, honeybunch, what you say you get me out of these cuffs; we go off somewhere and bump some uglies? Gonna die anyway."
Rebecca smiles sweetly over at Merle, "I'd rather die." "Rug muncher. I figured as much."
"The streets ain't safe. Now there's an understatement," said Morales. "What about under the streets? The sewers?" Rick asked. "Oh man. Hey, Glenn, check the alley. You see any manhole covers?"
Glenn scans the alley where a few walkers wait.
"No, must be all out on the streets where the geeks are." "Maybe not," said Jacqui bringing everyone's attention on her. "Old building like this built in the '20s...big structures often had drainage tunnels into the sewers in case of flooding down in the subbasements."
"How do you know that?" asked Glenn. "It's my job," Jacqui paused. "Was. I worked in the city zoning office."
"Then let's go check it out," said Rebecca.

Down inside the building, Jacqui, Andrea, Morales, Glenn, Rebecca and Rick peer down the steep stairwell.
"This is it? Are you sure?" asked Morales.
"Glenn and I really scoped this place out the other times we were here. It's the only thing in the building that goes down," said Rebecca. "But Becca and I have never gone down it. Who'd want to, right?"
They all look at Glenn and Rebecca.
"Oh. Great," Glenn exclaimed while Rebecca cursed.
"We'll be right behind you," said Andrea as Rebecca scoffed. "No you won't. Not you," said Glenn. "Why not me? Think I can't?" "I wasn't-" "Speak your mind," said Rick.
"Look, until now Becca and I always came here by ourselves. In and out, grab a few things. No problem. The first time we bring a group...everything goes to hell. No offense. If you want us to go down this gnarly hole, fine. But only if we do it our way. It's tight down there. If Becca and I run into something and have to get out quick, we don't want you all jammed up behind us getting killed. So Becca and I will go."
Rebecca turns to Rick, "You've got Merle's gun and Glenn and I've seen you shoot. We'd feel better if you were out in that store watching those doors, covering our asses." She then turns to Andrea, "And you've got the only other gun, so you should go with him."
She faces the group, "Glenn will be my wingman. Jacqui and Morales stays here. Something happens, yell down to us, get us back up here in a hurry." Jacqui and Morales nodded.
"Okay, everybody knows their jobs," Rick said as he reassures Glenn and Rebecca with a pat on their shoulders.
Glenn, with a flashlight in his mouth, goes down first. Rebecca drapes her crossbow over her shoulder before following after him. She jumps into the murky water and looks up to see that Andrea and Rick had left while Jacqui and Morales stayed.
