Ch. 44

(Katherine's p.o.v.)
I arrive back home and the boys have time off. I go into mine and Liam's room, I look around at the life I have. Everyone says I should love life basically, but how can I? Everyone puts me down... it's not fair. I don't get what I did. It's not like I made Dani leave, not like I made Liam have feelings for me! I did nothing but try to die and everyone says that I am a fake and crap. I am so done! I'm tired of this shit! I am so useless in this damn world!!! Can't anyone leave me alone? Even for just a day? Is that such a crime? Well I guess so.

I get a text from Hannah asking if I am okay.. I don't even feel like spilling my heart out to have her tell me that it will all stop. I know it won't.

"Yeah I guess so..." I send her back and get off the bed.

I head downstairs and I see Zayn and Louis here.. Yay...

"How are you feeling?" Zayn asks me.

"Okay.. I guess."

I feel my phone vibrate in my back pocket and I grab it out to see Mackenzie is calling. I decide to answer.

"Why are you calling?" I say to her as nicely as I can.

"I want to be friends again. I miss you so much. It wasn't me I swear that sent all the messages. Everyone threatened my life to turn on you. I didn't mean anything. The day at the hospital, I don't know if they told you.. but that wasn't me. I swear they all dress up as me sometimes to hurt you! please I need you back."

I can hear her crying. It makes me so sad. I miss her so much too. We were so close!

"Please give me another chance?"

"I forgive you. We can try again. God I have missed you so much too. You are, well were, like my sister."

"Thank you so much Kath! I swear I will try to do my best to earn your trust back!!!"

"Thank you. Well I will talk to you later.. some of the boys are over."

"Okay bye."

"Bye."

I go back into the front room and Liam, Zayn, and Louis are giving me the death stare.

"Before you say anything, I know how stupid you think I am but it is the right choice! She was my best friend! I need her back! I know she was saying the truth. I heard it in her voice!"

"Okay.." Liam said and then looked away.

"I'm done..." I state and walk towards the door.

"Kath! No! Don't go." Liam said getting up quickly and grabbing my hand.

"Why? I want to try again with her! You clearly can't accept that!"

"I'm sorry! I really am. I just don't want you to get hurt."

"I won't get hurt."

"Be careful."

He leaned down and kissed me. Not gonna lie, it felt really nice. I do miss his lips. I would miss that if I were dead; I will die anyways though so it doesn't matter I guess.

"Get a room you love birds!!" Zayn complained.

"We all know Nathan is gonna have a brother or sister soon.." Louis tells

Zayn loud enough. Nathan and Alyssa are thankfully in the back so they can't hear this.

I stick up my middle finger at Louis and Zayn and let the kiss deepen.

"Go make babies in your room! Gosh!"
Louis calls out.

I can tell he has a smirk on his face and I bet Zayn does too. Those fuckers are up to something.

"We will watch Nathan.." Zayn says.
Yup they have something planned.

Liam and I let go and I gave them the death glare.

"I think we should be dead by now.." Louis joked.

"Better run Tomlinson." Zayn said laughing.

"You two go! Have fun!" Louis basically pushed us to the stairs.

"What does he have planned?" I whisper to Liam softly.

"No idea." He whispers back.

"GO GET EM LIAM!" Zayn had to yell up.

"He is going to die along with Louis!" I state and throw my head back in aggravation.

"They are so gonna get it." I say to myself entering our room once again.

Liam and I hear Louis and Zayn talking, so of course we ease drop. One of my only talents.

"I bet it will be a girl this time." I hear Zayn say to Louis.

"Hmm, I don't know. Maybe twins this time." Louis laughs.

"I'm so going to kill them..." I state rolling my eyes.

"Let them have their fun." Liam says quietly sitting on the bed.

I turn around and face him. I have missed him, but I won't stop at anything until I die. I know he can easily find someone else. Everyone basically throws themselves on top of him.

"Do you really trust Mackenzie?" Liam interrupts my thoughts.

"Yeah, I heard it in her voice. The tears, the fear, just all the emotion. It has been really hard for me without her. I need her back. She is my second half. I know the boys have done pretty stupid things, haven't you forgiven them?"

"Yes, but they never did that to me."

"They threaten her life. If I were her I might have done the same thing!"

"Katherine, listen to yourself... Do you not get how stupid this all sounds?" He questions me.

I walk over to him.

"And look how stupid we are." I smile.

He gives me a smirk and pulls me onto his lap.

"We maybe stupid, but it's sure a hell lot of fun."
