Part Three: McCree x Ashe - Buttons

Rating: MODERATE

Author's Note: This is a very vanilla, sweet kind of love between Ashe and McCree. It's got a little bit of bondage, but otherwise it's loving and affectionate. Regarding content, this takes place when Ashe and Jesse were in the Deadlock gang and explains their complicated history...

'What the fuck were you thinking Jesse?' Ashe screamed climbing her way down into the secret bunker, absolutely furious by the cowboy's actions.

'B.O.B is nearly irreparable!' She yelled, shoving Jesse McCree in the chest, causing him to lose his footing.

'Well luckily, we've got you here who's good at fixing him' the cowboy replied, rolling his eyes. He didn't see what the big deal was.

'And what about my bike? It's probably only got a few miles left in it now. You expect me to fix that too? With what?' Ashe exclaimed, furious, spitting at him in disgust.

'Oh, if only someone came from a wealthy background who could pay for the insurance' Jesse spat back becoming irritated at Ashe's sarcastic tone.

Ashe took a few steps back, hurt that Jesse would use her family background against her. She crossed her arms, turning away from McCree and sitting on the dirty mattress she and the other members shared. For a moment, Jesse could have sworn he'd seen a flash of vulnerability cross her face. However, Ashe scowled, her face twisting almost instantaneously. Her guard was up once more.

'Leave us be' Jesse said turning to the remaining members of the Deadlock Rebels. They nodded before retreating up and out of the bunker, leaving the two alone. Instead of following them out for a smoke, Jesse went and sat down next to Ashe, sighing.

'I saw that photo of us on your bike Ashe; recent?' Jesse breathed, moving closer to the angry, fragile woman.

'Yeah, I got it developed the other day. The stupid girl didn't even recognize me despite having a huge bounty for my head' Ashe replied, her anger evaporating, flashing a devilish grin at the cowboy. Jesse chuckled, shaking his head before frowning again.

'I'm real sorry bout today Ashe' he sighed, reaching over and taking Ashe's small hand.

I thought I could take em' he said looking into her eyes. It was an honest mistake but, the Deadlock Rebels didn't make mistakes.

'You should be Jesse' Ashe growled back, triggering her anger, pushing his hand off of her.

'For fucks sake Ashe, what more do you want from me?' Jesse yelled, standing up and walking away from the mattress, slamming his hand down on the table nearby.

'How 'bout a little respect Jesse? You only thought about you when you challenged the Blackwatch co-ops division. You could've got me, and the others killed!' In fact, Reyes is probably on his way to ambush us now!' Ashe screamed at the cowboy, shaking with rage.

'You think I don't care about you? Who got us out of there?' Jesse yelled back, defending himself.

'Yeah and who caused this mess in the first place? Fuck Jesse' Ashe groaned, clawing at her skull out of frustration.

Instead of responding, Jesse just chuckled, deciding to leave the bunker. He didn't see this going anywhere positive.

'You're leaving? Well you know what happens to people who betray me' Ashe warned, pointing a finger at the retreating cowboy.
