Part Thirty-Eight: McCree x Reaper - Misguided

Rating: EXPLICIT

Author's Note: This is a little idea I had today, and I thought I'd write it into a story starring probably one of my favourite ships (McCree x Reaper). If you don't like the idea of violence or bondage, don't read, as these themes are prominent in that story. Regarding content, a frustrated Jesse McCree has been caught by Overwatch and is awaiting his fate in an isolated cell. Will Reyes find it in his heart to give Jesse a second chance at life or will he leave him to rot in prison?

His brown eyes pierced right through him, as a breath got caught in the Commander's throat. Gabriel Reyes attempted to stifle a low chuckle, as the angry kid flipped him off through the glass separating them.

The cowboy had almost made it too, if it wasn't for him. He had gotten the better angle; the kid had no choice but to surrender when he felt the barrel of the gun pressed against his head.

'Alright, you got me' Jesse McCree sighed, rolling his eyes, as he was cuffed. Overwatch had busted them and had caught most of the associates involved in Deadlock.

'You can't possibly be serious Reyes' Jack Morrison, the Overwatch Commander growled at his longtime colleague and friend.

'The kid has a good aim' Reyes responded, trying to dissuade Jack from handing the cowboy over to the authorities.

'He hospitalised four of our men Gabriel, four' Jack yelled, frustrated that Reyes was siding with a criminal over his superior.

'Proves he's smart. He knew he was outnumbered and didn't want murder added to the charges already against him' Reyes argued.

'And what? You think he'd turn on his gang who he's been with for years to join the enemy?' Jack snorted, shaking his head. Reyes was deluded.

'I came from nothing Jack. The kid deserves a second chance. I'll get through to him' Gabriel vowed, unsure of whether he could keep his promise.

'Fine. Let him join Blackwatch. But, if this blows up in our face Reyes, our blood is on your hands' Jack hissed before storming out of the room.

Reyes sighed, shaking his head before looking over at the kid through the soundproof glass window. He appeared to be furious, but Reyes knew deep down that he was terrified.

He fiddled with the lock before making his way into the isolated room where Jesse was being held.

'Jesse McCree, is it? We've been tracking you for a while' Reyes said coolly, sitting opposite the angry kid, fury radiating off of him.

'You the Commander of this hell hole?' he responded, his arms folded, and eyebrow raised in Reyes' direction.

'Blackwatch. Yes, I am' Gabriel growled back, growing weary of his sudden interest.

'Then can you tell your men to get me a goddamn cigar' Jesse hissed, abruptly slamming his fist on the wooden table.

'We're not a hotel kid. You're in a lot of trouble' Gabriel responded, shaking his head.

'Fine. Go on, cart me off to a prison. You ain't got enough proof to have me locked away for long' Jesse fought back, pushing the table and standing, walking to the corner of the room. He considered fighting Reyes, but he was physically a lot larger than he was and it would likely end in his demise.

'Actually, you have a choice Jesse' Reyes responded, standing and walking next to the kid, leaning against the wall next to him.

'Go on then... Amuse me' Jesse said, clicking his tongue.
