A massive roar is heard throughout the area as Stark and his friends look up and see a Nevermore looking down upon them. In a single motion, the Grimm fires off several bits of its feathers out towards the group of teenagers. They are all able to avoid the attacks and take aim at the massive beast. Stark and Nick lead off an opening salvo against the bird while Tealle and Ebony cut up some stone to throw at the Grimm. It roars again and begins to fly around the ruins.
Nick: An actual Nevermore. Never seen one before. Especially not this close up.
Stark: You can admire it later! We gotta bounce!
Ebony: Second that one! Nick, you got the relic?!
Nick: Yeah! Silver medallion!
Tealle: Same here!
Stark: Alright! Go, go, go!
The four begin to run towards the northern cliff as previously instructed. As the team is running through the forrest the Nevermore gets back up and begins to follow them. Both Tealle and Ebony detect it and turn around.
Tealle: It's coming back!
Ebony: (To Tealle) Go! GO!
The two begin to open fire at the Nevermore which responds by launching more feathers at the two. A few dust rounds are fired and destroy the feathers. The girls turn around and see that Nick and saved them. They begin to run again and catch up to the rest of the group with Stark providing covering fire.
The four continue to run and shoot at the Nevermore and run towards the cliff. While they are running, Tealle hears and sees packs of Beowolves approaching the group.
Tealle: We got Beowolves!
Ebony: Seriously! How many of those things exist out here?
The Nevermore roars again and launches more feathers at the group. The four evade and keep running.
Ebony: Ok, who the heck has a plan to take this thing out. (She slashes at a Beowolf pouncing at her.)
Nick: Nevermore's weak points are at the joints of the wings and body. The tail feathers are also a good weak point. Eyes and mouth are properly the greatest weak points but are the hardest to get. So, who wants to take this thing down?
Stark: (To Nick) Can you get me up there?
Nick: Yep.
Stark: (To Nick) Alright. (To everyone) Ebony, Tealle. Focus on the Beowolves, you two got ground game.
Ebony and Tealle nod with Ebony smirking.
Stark: Nick, get me up to that Nevermore then join in on the ground game. Alright?
Nick: Got it.
Stark: Alright. Move it!
Ebony and Tealle begin to fire at the Grimm around them. Tealle slashes at a Beowolf that pounced right in front of her and cuts it in half. Ebony jumps to the upper area of the Beowolf severed by Tealle and threw it at another Beowolf. Nick and Stark also slash and punch at a few Beowolves until the Nevermore flies over the four.
Stark: Nick. Now!
Nick runs in front of Stark and flips forward, Stark then jumps towards Nick and lands on his feet. Nick uses a charge from his arm and kicks upward, launching Stark into the air and towards the Nevermore. Stark grabs the Nevermore wings and begins to hold on for dear life. He then throws himself forward a bit so that he was in front of the Nevermore's wing. Stark lets the wing fly under him and he grabs back.
