DO YOU KNOW: The Reason Jessie & James are still on Team Rocket even though they are incompetent is that because Jessie's mom, Miyamoto, was a favored agent of Madame Boss (Previous Leader of TR & mother of Giovanni) so when she handed TR to Giovanni, she gave him strict orders not to let Jessie go.
As for James, his parents pay TR money so that Giovanni won't fire him because he's happy there. (Remember, Team Rocket would do anything for money, even if it's to keep a useless agent like James)
DO YOU KNOW: Jessie & James are based off a criminal named Jessejames?
