We arrived at the school and parked the cars. The distance from the school to the parking lot was big, but you can here music bumping all the way from Marzia's house, where we originally came from. I checked myself in the side mirror, making sure my lipstick wasn't smudged before putting another layer on top. Molly, Signe and I changed into our high heels, Sean, Mark and Wade waiting patiently while Marzia, Felix, Bob and Mandy were already walking down to the entrance of the school.

Throwing my used-to-be-white Air Force One's back inside the car, I ran up to Sean, my black heels clapping against the concrete. Once I reached him, his arm came and wrapped around my waist, letting it hang loosely.

"Everything's in check, right?" I asked. He nodded, looking at me up and down once more. Our group walked inside the school, showed the hall monitor who was standing outside the cafeteria our student ID cards and entered, where people stared at us in shock, disbelief or jealously. The photography club was taking pictures that was for sure going inside our yearbook, the flashing lights nearly blinding me. We waved to people who said hi to us. I stuck out my tongue to the salty bitches who sized me up.

It was only a matter of minutes until the DJ started to play music that got most of the crowd hyped. I sipped on my iced fruit punch that was spiked with vodka, slowly nodding my head to the hard base of the song. I held my black purse close to my body, admiring the base of crackhead culture, also known as White Rose.

Girls and gays were already dancing with their boyfriends, some of them having fun with them while others were highly interested in another girl that was on the other side of the room. That's tuff... I huffed and sipped on my drink.

Sooner or later, Felix, who still looked like a king in his red and gold outfit, walked up to me and leaned against the wall, sighing loudly. He was hot, his sweat was barely visible. His makeup or gelled hair didn't suffer from the sweat as he was overheating. I handed him my drink, and he downed it all in one go, not even questioning the high amount of liquor that's in it.

"How come you're not dancing with your boo?" I tried to yell over the music.

"I was just dancing with her! I got tired, that's why I came over here!" He replied, walking to get some more punch. He handed me a cup, and we drank. I have yet to feel a buzz, and I think Felix is on the same bus as well.

The night was going well, but ever since we entered the building, I lost track of where Sean was. Wherever he is, I hope he doesn't get hurt.

After the whole plague of K-pop songs, Thank U, Next by Ariana Grande was the next song to play, and frankly, some girls used that song to tell off their boyfriends. (you can't even lie, that song is a bop) Tonight was the night that everything and anything could happen. Looks like people are going to go home with new people. I eventually came off the wall after five cups of the punch and sang with my group of girls, failing to harmonize with the singer.

"One taught me love," we all pointed to Molly. She smiled, brushing a strand of blonde hair behind her ear.

"One taught me patience," our fingers turned into the direction of Mandy, and she got flustered real quick, her face turning a bright pink.

"And one taught me pain." They all pointed to me, which I gladly accepted, a big grin on my face.

"Now I'm so amazing. I've loved and I've lost-" All of a sudden, arms wrapped around my waist and pulled my back, a head resting on the crook of my neck. By the arms alone, I could already tell that it was Sean, moving my hips side to side as he hugged me close. One of my hands went up and behind his neck while he laid soft kisses on my neck. I turned around to face him, my other hand going to the back of his neck as well and I rubbed softly. We chuckled once we made eye contact - we could never stay serious when we look at each other.
