December 24th (2 months later)
8:44pm
The warm smell of pine wafted around the young Osborn's senses the moment she woke up in the arms of Peter Parker. The throw blankets were wrapped snug around their bodies and he was fast asleep with his grey hoodie covering his messy locks of hair.
He snores softly with every inhale and Madeline has to hold back a laugh to keep from waking him up. She smiled contently and carefully slid her arm from his chest to around his torso.
In a dreamy-state of response, Peter groaned and subconsciously hugged the girl tighter. She felt him snuggle against her head and felt a warm breath against her ear as he continued snoring.
Madeline giggles softly and moves her head up so she could get a good look at his face. His brown hair covered one of his eyes and his cheek was getting smushed by the pillow.
Oh, how lucky she felt. She simply couldn't get enough of how adorable he looked.
She managed to wiggle her arm out and move the messy pieces of hair from his eyes. Wanting to wake him up for the day, Maddie gently placed a small kiss onto his nose.
She got an immediate reaction, a sleepy little startled snore as he began to wake up. She giggled and pulled away, seeing as his eyes were half opened.
"Well good morning," he remarked. His voice raspy and broken, the voice that had Madeline weak in the knees.
"Not exactly morning," she turned her head a bit to see the clock hanging above the couch, "Five in the afternoon."
Peter groaned in his throat while lifting his own head above her. The TV showed the end of the Christmas movie they were watching on Netflix. Unfortunately, they drunk a bit too much hot chocolate so they drifted off in the first 30 minutes.
Peter laid his head back down to face her so that their noses were practically touching. He moved around a bit to make himself comfortable and ended up wrapping a leg around the hers.
"We missed the whole movie," he whined.
"It's fine. It was a bit too cheesy for my liking anyways."
"'Scuse you, Arthur Christmas is not too cheesy. There's no such thing as too cheesy—do you know who you're talking to?" Peter started rambling on and defending his favorite Christmas movie.
"Alright, woah there," she giggled and patted his chest for reassurance, "Let me change that then, the movie is too incredibly dorky for my liking."
Peter raised his eyebrows and shook his head a bit, giving her a 'you're point?' look.
"Again, do you know who you're talking to?"
"Mm, yeah you're right," she pinches one of his cheek and makes her lips into a pout. "Incredibly dorky is your thing no wonder you like it so much," she coos and he rolls his eyes.
"Okay, okay," He said in defeat and swatted her hand away from his face, "For your information, I'm not as dorky as you think."
She tries to hold in a chuckle and ends up snorting and busting in laughter. Her hands cover her mouth as she thinks the Peter Parker couldn't be as dorky as he is while turning red as a tomato.
