Right as the bell rang signaling school ending, Peter was sure to be the first one to run out the back doors and go through his usual shortcut route to his Spider-Man changing spot. He wasn't planning on doing any Spidey-work though. Today, he needed a way to get back to his apartment fast.

While jogging over to his spot, he flipped his backpack to the front of him and started opening it right as he rounded the corner into the alleyway, making sure to shut the gate.

He quickly stripped himself of his clothes, throwing his pants and shirt carelessly into his bag and switched them out for the suit.

He pulled on over his briefs, mask at hand as he looked through the gate to the streets to see if anyone was watching—which there wasn't. He then let out a sigh while slipping on the arm parts of the suit.

Thank God, he thought and turned back around to grab his backpack, now to get back to- -

"Well, Well, what do we have here?"

Peter freezes in his spot like a deer in front of headlights. He sees a girl with blonde hair, crossing her arms, and leaning against the brick wall behind her.

Peter's eyes grow wide when he makes eye contact with the smiling girl. He immediately recognizes her cat-like grin and sly voice.

He looks down at his mask, realizing he wasn't wearing it while still in the deflated Spidey suit.

Oh shit.

"U-Uh—" Peter fumbles with his mask, trying to put it on over his head to conceal his identity. His senses were spiking again, telling his adrenaline levels to also spike.

The deflated mask ends up crooked on his head due to the fact he almost put it on backwards. He could now only see through one of the eye-slits as he looked at the girl who had the same smile on.

"I still saw what you looked like, Webs~" she teased, which echoed across the alleyway.

He cleared his throat awkwardly, standing there fidgeting nervously with his oversized sleeves, "I-I—I-uh, d-don't know what you're ta-talking about?"

Felicia smirked, finding it humorous that she was correct about Spider-Man's alter ego and that he currently looked like a red and blue potato sack.

"It's alright," she pushes off the wall and strides closer to the hero with a raised eyebrow, "we're even now. That'll make things more interest from this point on."
