Chapter 28

"Who are you and what are you doing there? Also how long have you been there?" Vlad's dad asked me in a very angry tone.

"I am Luna, and I've been in here since you came to visit Vlad." As Vlad kind of winced a bit. Not only that but he looked really uncomfortable and embarrassed that I had been spying on him. "Really, you have been here the whole time."

"Yes, I heard everything you've said especially about my family having major security in our house and also the fact that you were planing to spy on us." As I said that Vlad looked devastated and also bothered by it, which made me think, "Hmm, he must really be in love with me, and feels horrified by the fact that I have listened in to his whole conversation with his family." Also when I had mentioned that I heard about the part about my family, Vlad's dad got this angered look on his face and yelled, "So you're the girl that hurt my son. Not only that but kept coming in here to bother him."

"Hey! If it wasn't for me your son would have been dead. Cause the hospital didn't have enough of his blood type, but I have the same blood type as him so they had to use some of my blood! Also before I went to the hospital, my friend tried to kill him. If I hadn't told him not to then he would've been dead then!" When I said this Vlad looked at me with a shocked look on his face about the thing that I mentioned about Kyle and then said to me telepathically, "Hey please stop, and go back to your room. You don't know what you are getting yourself into my dad is someone you really don't want to mess with. Trust me when I say this honestly. Remember the fight on the bus? Yeah... well he was very mad that it didn't go well with me getting away with that, that once I got home from school I had to go straight to my room and stay there for the rest of the day and wasn't allowed diner. This went on for a whole month before I could do anything again. So if I were you, I would leave right now please. Please, please leave I beg you leave before he hurts you please. I'm really honestly sorry for what I have done to you, I really don't want to see you get hurt anymore, leave before you get hurt." After hearing this, I didn't know what to do, because the way Vlad conveyed everything seemed like he was scared for me. For what I had said to his father, but before I could say anything back to him or do anything, his dad yelled, "Is this true Vlad that they had to use some her blood for your transfusion?"

Ye-yes dad." Vlad said a bit scared. Then after Vlad had answered that his dad then looked at me and said, "And you! If you hadn't hurt him then he wouldn't be in this situation! He would be totally fine and wouldn't of had to have a blood transfusion or anything!"

"Hey! He attacked me first! I only was defending myself thank you very much." I yelled back.

"You shouldn't have done that." Said Vlad in my mind, and before I could do anything his dad pulled out a knife and threw it at me. Before I could move out of the way, it hit me right in the left shoulder. When that happened I cried out in pain and also lost my balance and fell from where I was in the ceiling and landed weird on my right arm. As I landed I heard my right arm make sickening crack noise and then lots of pain shooting up my right arm. Making me cry because it hurt so much. After that Vlad exclaimed in my head, "Oh my gosh, Luna are you OK? I'm so sorry, I tried to warn you, he's not someone you should mess with."

"Just shut up!" I recoiled back at him, but then felt bad that I had said that now understanding that he wanted to make up for all the bad things he's done. Then while I was trying to get up. Vlad's dad came over to where I was and grabbed a bunch of my hair and pulled on it and said to me, "You better learn quick young lady not to mess with my family or else you'll be killed. May this be a lesson for you." Then he let go of my hair and pulled the knife out of my left shoulder very slowly to make the pain worse. After it was out, he turned and said to Vlad's brothers, "Come now boys we're leaving." I watched as his dad and all of his brothers started to leave the room. When Vlad's dad was almost out of the room, he stopped and said, "Oh and Vlad, we will see you soon." And then left, also once he was gone one of Vlad's brothers stopped and looked at me, he had icy-blue eyes, red hair and pale skin. He kind of looked like an older version of Vlad, but he wore a lip piercing. The look he gave me was a sad look, like he was sorry that his dad had hurt me. Also he looked at Vlad the same way and then left.

*sobbing* "I-I'm so sorry Luna." Vlad said with tears rolling down his checks as he rushed over and hugged me. "I-I told you not to provoke him. He's one of the reasons why I have done so many terrible things to you and the people around you, I-I tried to make him acknowledge me but no matter what I do, doesn't seem to please him." Vlad said still sobbing and holding me as he did. It was really hard for me to say something, because I was still mad at him, but also still in pain and feeling horrible. Also I was feeling a whole bunch of other things to, but before I could say anything, Vlad stopped crying and started looking around the hospital room for something. Once he found it, he came back to me and started to wrap what seemed like bandages around the arm that I broke, and made me a sling, then he took some gaze that he found and wrapped up my shoulder wound. Then the next thing that he did surprised me, was that he picked me up making sure not to hurt my broken arm. What made me even more shocked was how strong he was after being hurt, not only that but he was also holding me bridal style. Then he took me out of his room into mine and then put me on the bed in there. Then he kissed me on the cheek and said, "Stay here." And then left, the room. It was all too fast for me, first he said he loved me, then he gave me a hug and now a kiss on the check, I felt just for some reason confused like, is this a plan to do something hurtful to me. Like when he made cookies for me and made a truce with me, then a couple of days later he killed my teacher? But I didn't get to think to much about it because Vlad came back with Kiku, who didn't look too happy with me.
