Chapter 6

                                                           **** Vlad's Pov****

"Hey Vlad, Vlad!"

   "Yeah James?" 

   "I did as you told me to do, which was to spy on Luna!"

" Good, so did you find anything interesting?"

  " Wait, why are you so interested in what Luna and her friends are up to?"

"Because, my dad told me to find out why Luna's dad put up a magical barrier around her house."

  "Oh I see now, well then do I  have some juicy news for you!"

  "Oooo what?What is it?"

    "While I was listening in on Luna's conversation with her friends, I found out that some guy likes her."

  "And do I care? James, I want to know why there is a magical barrier around Luna's house, not her love life."

  " Well the person that is in love with her is the reason why that barrier is there in the first place."

     "Really? How come?"

  "Well as Luna put's it the day you attacked her and her teacher, then she so called " got away" from you; she went home took a shower, came out of the shower and then found a love letter with a rose on her bed."

  "Really... that is why there's a magical barrier up? Just  because of one stupid love letter?"

    "Yep, why were you expecting something else?"

      "Ah yeah, my dad thought it had to do with when I put Luna in the hospital, not because of some guy that is in love with her. Plus that's nuts that her dad did that!"

  " well, for the fact that whoever it was, came in through a window in her house, for who knows how long, I might just have to say,to me that is a valid reason to put up a magical barrier." After James said this, we were almost on our way inside the school. Which meant soon me and James had to part different ways for class, so to speed our conversation up I said," Well when you put it that way...  I guess it would be valid, but do you really have to do that? I mean her dad could have just locked all the windows and then installed an alarm system in the house, not put a magical barrier up."

   "He did."

    "He did... what?"

 "Luna's dad did put in an alarm system, locked all the windows in their house and then placed a magical barrier. Also he stationed guard wolves around the house."

  " OK, now that is  what I call nuts, I mean really what can one boy do that would make a dad act like that? Just cause he went through the trouble of leaving a love note behind, doesn't mean you go nuts and lock the whole house down."

    " Ah Vlad, are you OK?"

    "Yeah why?"

      "Cause why would it matter to us if Luna's dad is over protective or not? We don't like her, and the way you just acted, makes it seem like you have feelings for her."

    "I do not have feelings for her, your just thinking wrong."

 "Whatever man, I know for sure that you do like her, you just won't admit it."

   "James, Leave me alone."

    "OK  fine, but for the record, I found out through listening to Luna's conversation what really happened that day, so you need to explain yourself at lunch. Anyways, bye!" And with that James went off in the direction of his locker. As I watched him leave, I rolled my eyes and said to myself," Whatever, I know I don't like Luna, or do I ..."
