Chapter 4

As I sat here in my room, thinking about what my dad had told me to do, I started to wonder, should I actually find out what's up at Luna's house? As I wondered, I started to think about what I would do to get the information that my dad needed. Then I realized while I was thinking, that I had made a promise to myself that I would stay away from Luna until I figured out why I had this weird feeling towards her. Which meant I couldn't do what my dad wanted me to do. So I started to freak out over the fact that my dad would get really mad at me if I didn't do what he wanted me to do. After I had my little panic attack, I just laid there on my bed for a little while and stared at my black ceiling wondering how I was going to solve all of this mess. Finally after much nerve racking, I figured out that I would have James do my dirty work, and find out the information I needed. Being satisfied with this idea, I started to slip into a deep sleep, until I couldn't fight it any longer, and just fell asleep.

*** Vlad's dream***

It was pitch black, and I could hardly see what was in front of me. As I started to move through the darkness, it became clear to me that I was deep in a place that had no windows. While I walked I started to wonder, where I could be and what the reason for me being here in this dark, dark place was. The further I walked through this dark place, the lighter it became in here. The moment I noticed this,it made me very excited, so I started to run. When I ran, the place got lighter until I found myself outside of the cave. The cave was huge and dark. This would explain why I couldn't see where I was going in the first place. As I studied the cave a little more, I started to wonder why I was inside that cave. After much thinking, and not coming up with an answer, I decided to move on and figure out where I was. As I looked around, I noticed that I was by a huge vast forest, and that in the distance, I could hear a stream or a river, running by the forest. To feed my curiosity, I decided to find where this stream or river was. So I started walking in the general direction of it's sound. As I came closer to the area, I found that it was a huge stream running very swiftly along the border of the forest. On the other side of the stream was another forest, but the stream looked too wide and fast to go across to the other side. So I decided to not cross the huge stream, but I was very eager to find out exactly where I was and why I was in this forest, and how I had gotten here in the first place. So I started to follow the stream's current, because I knew that if I did, then I would be able to figure out where the forest ended, and possibly where I was. As I walked, the forest became a little smaller, until I came to a spot were the stream divided into two separate streams. Confused as to which stream would be the best to take, I sat down on a near by rock, and thought for a good minute or two. While I was thinking, a giant gust of wind came and blew at me with great force. So much force that it made me lose balance while sitting on the rock, and I lost control and fell into the stream. Now this stream was not shallow, but was very deep, and it didn't help that it moved fast too. The worst thing about it too was that, I couldn't swim. To my horror, I couldn't do much about getting out of the stream and it seemed the more I tried to get out of the this situation, the more I found that I couldn't get out of it.This thought started to scare me and just when i thought i was going to die, I woke up in a cold sweat. Realizing that it was just a nightmare relieved me and made me feel a lot better, but also made it harder for me to fall asleep.
