** Wednesday morning Vlad's pov **
"Alright today I'll explain to Luna why I disappeared for so long, and then I'll try to learn more about her so that later on, I can ask her out." I said to myself as I looked at myself in the bath room mirror. "I can do this!" I said confidently. Then after that I went down stairs and made myself some breakfast. Once I was done eating breakfast, I then gathered my things and walked outside my house. Once I got out of my house, I noticed one thing, the bus was already at the bus stop and the last kid was getting on. That’s when I realized that I took to long motivating myself in the mirror. So I walked back inside my house to go call my dad, but as I went to do this, I heard, "Vlad wait!" So I turned around to see Luna running across the street to get to my house. "Looks like we both missed the bus." Luna said to me once she got to where I was.
"U-uh yeah." I replied back, not sure what to say at the moment.
"Well since we both missed the bus we could make it over to the school together." Luna replied.
"Uh sure, but how?" I replied.
"What do you mean?" Luna asked kind of confused.
"Well I was going to go call my dad and see if he would take me to school." I replied.
"Oh you silly, we'll just walk to school, it’s not far." Luna replied and then added, "Plus you can tell me why you went missing for two weeks."
"Uh sure." I replied, and then we started to walk down my drive way to the side walk and started to walk in the direction of our school. As we did this, I went to tell Luna about what had happened, when all of the sudden I heard an alarm clock go off. Then, I woke up from the dream that I was having. For a moment I felt like I was going to cry, because it seemed so real until I looked over what had happened in the dream and realized how cheerful and happy Luna was acting towards me. That’s what made me realize that Luna wouldn't be acting that way when she sees me. So I got out of bed and started to get ready for school. Once I was all dressed for the day and had combed my hair, I then made my way down stairs to make myself some breakfast. Once breakfast was made and eaten, I then gathered all the things that I needed for school today and double checked to make sure I had the cookies that I made for Luna on Monday were in my back pack. Then I opened the door to my house and walked outside. Once outside, I then whispered to myself, "Everything will be OK." And then started to walk in the direction of the bus stop.
*** Luna's pov ***
As I walked out of my house, I saw Vlad just starting to make his way to the bus stop, so I quickly slammed my front door shut and then ran across the street to the other side of the road and then caught up to Vlad. "Vlad, Vlad!" I yelled.
"Huh? Oh Luna, hi." Vlad replied a little confused about what was going on. "So how are you doing?" I replied cheerfully. Once I said this, Vlad smacked himself and then said, "Am I dreaming?"
"Uh no? Should I be concerned?" I replied.
"No, sorry it's just that you're being nice to me." Vlad replied.
"Yeah, and I was nice to you at the hospital." I replied.
"You got a point there." Vlad replied, and then said, "Well since you asked, I'm doing good. What's up?"
"Oh nothing much, so why were you gone for so long?" I asked.
"Oh uh, it's a long story, how about I tell you once we get to the school. I have to explain what happened with James also." Vlad replied.
"Oh ok, I see you don't want to repeat yourself." I replied.
"Yeah pretty much." Vlad replied. Then after that we walked the rest of the way to the bus stop in silence. Once we got to the bus stop, the bus started to come driving up. So we got on, while we were on I went and sat down close by Chelsea. Then we rode all the way to Chrissie's bus stop. As we went to school, I sat and listened to both Chrissie and Chelsea talk, as I anticipated on getting to school so that I could find out why Vlad was away for so long.
*** Vlad's pov ****
After Luna and I stopped talking and started to walk towards the bus stop, a lot of things started to pop into my head like, "How will I be able to explain to both James and Luna what had happened while I was gone." and other things. After that I tried to talk to Luna, because a part of me wanted to get to know her better, but a part of me didn't, so I kept quiet. Soon I was thinking about how beautiful Luna looked today, she had on a nice blue t-shirt and some jeans with black chucks on. Not much, but I guess you don't really care about being preppy when you’re a tom boy. Just something I'm still trying to figure out about Luna, anyways her ginger hair looked all nice and straight, but once in a while a breeze would come by and play around with her hair, and it looked so beautiful. Then we were finally at the bus stop, when I remembered that I haven't given Luna her cookies that I made her. So I was about to go and get them out of my backpack, when I noticed that the bus was almost on its way over to our stop, so I decided to wait until we got onto the bus. Once we were on, I was about to go follow Luna and sit by her and her friend, when I noticed that James had waved to me and scooted over to make room for me in the back of the bus. So I went to the back of the bus and decided to give the cookies to Luna once we got to school. On the way to the next bus stop and to school, I sat listening to James blab on about what has happened lately and about other things, as I thought about how Luna was looking beautiful today, again.
