Chapter 21

     *Machines beeping* Ok I can do this. I said to myself. It has been a while since my dad had taken me to the hospital, but now that I'm here a lot has happened, all the nurses and doctors have been running around the place in a panic trying to help me. It's scary because for sometime the doctors and nurses weren't sure if they could give me blood. Than all of the sudden they found some which interested me greatly on how that could have happened. So as this one particular doctor was working on getting my blood transfusion ready, I couldn't help but wonder who they were, because their voice sounded familiar for some reason. If only I could see their face; then I would be able to know who it was. "Hey Olivia?"

    "Yes Kiku?"

"Could you hand me the blood work that I did on Luna? So that I can use it for Vlad's transfusion?"

  "Sure here you go."

"Thanks." Wait a minute I think I know who he is, he always hung out with that Lunar-stellar spy that I  killed a couple of days ago. When she would spy on the darkness faction, he was usually with her, was  probably also helping her too. That's where I know his voice. Huh strange I must find out more about him somehow... hold on did I just hear him talk about something with to do with Luna's blood? "Ok now that we have the transfusion started thanks to Luna, I can go back to working on getting the curse removed from Luna's wound."  Ok I did hear correctly, wait... their using Luna's blood for my operation? That would mean that she has the same type of blood as me. Interesting, not only that but, now I know why she's at the hospital. That curse that I put on her is getting removed, well that's going to take some time. Mainly because I purposely made it hard to be removed. Oh well, I hope Luna's doing fine, I wonder... will I be able to find a way to talk to Luna again? I mean I could tell that when I told her that I was talking to her through telepathy that she was intrigued by it, but before I could tell her how it worked, she wasn't there. 

   Although I don't know why she was in the same room as me at that moment. Maybe I'll be able to find out if I ever get to talk to her again. "Alright you can be in here for a little bit, then we have to take you back to your room."

  "Ok, thanks."

    "You're welcome Luna." Luna? What's she doing in my room now?

"Uh hi Vlad, I asked if I could visit you for a bit."

    "Ok? Why did you wanted to visit me?"

"Well first of all I wanted to know how I can use telepathy."

"Well that's simple, I'm guessing you don't have the ability, but if someone that has it is using it on you then you can just use the mind connection they made with you to talk with them."

   "Oh, wait mind connection?"

      "Yeah uh well when I use telepathy, I have to connect my mind with the person's mind that I want to talk to, thus creating this link to our minds."

"Oh that's cool. So that's how my brother does that."

    "What?"

"Yeah I have a brother that has the ability to use telepathy, and he is always messing around with me when he uses it."

"Oh, uh ok. So do you want to try it out?" 

 "Of course! Then if the hospital staff is listening in on us, then they won't be able to hear us talking to each other."

"Hmm, smart I never thought of it that way."

    "Exactly."

      "Well like I said, it's really quite simple, just concentrate." 

            "Like this?" 

"Yeah, I'm shocked that you figured it out so quickly. It takes most people longer to figure it out."

    "Oh well I am a fast learner."

       "Makes sense. So what's the other reason you're in here?" 

"I wanted to know why you really attacked me. I have a feeling that the reason you gave me at the basketball courts wasn't it." Crap! She's on to me, okay Vlad think quick.

"Oh well I have my reasons why. Which I'm not telling, you because I'm pretty sure it wouldn't make sense. *Silence* Did it work? Was good it enough of an answer? Then again she's probably really mad at me now and also calling me a jerk and a creep and all kinds of stuff, but hey I don't want her to know that for some reason that even I don't quite understand yet; which is that I have a crush on her. "Really ... You're not going to tell me."

 "Yeah, like I said its complicated, but I will say this, it wasn't pay back for gym class or what happened in the woods. Honestly I"m still kind of figuring out why I did it in the first place, but I'll let you know when I do figure it out." Okay know that was something dumb to say. Stupid, idiot! Now she's really going to be mad at me! WHAT!!! That doesn't make sense at all, are you saying that you just attacked me because you felt like it?" 

  "Well... I guess you could put it that way...."

     "UGH! I hate you so much! You disgust me! You now what? I'm going to leave now this was not worth my time!"

   "Wait Luna!"

     "SHUT UP VLAD, you're the biggest jerk I have ever known."

 "No Luna wait!"

    "Goodbye." *Door slams shut* Great now I've really, really messed things up. Maybe I should have told her that I've been having this weird feeling in my heart, and that it could be because I she's cute. Which is why I attacked her in the first place to see if I was just making things up or if I really do like her, because to be honest it was really hard to hurt her. Mainly because my heart hurt so much, and that's why I didn't do anything else to her when I attacked her. Well I guess I've really have ruin things now. Hmm I wonder how I can fix this... maybe Thomas can help me once I get out of a coma.

                                                                 **Luna's point of view**

Once I got out of Vlad's room, I couldn't stop thinking about how much of a jerk Vlad is. It just made me so mad, I mean ooh how much that just bothered me. Heh "I'm still kind of figuring out why I did it in the first place but I'll let you know when I do figure it out." Aaah! Oh how much I just want to hurt him when he said that! While I was thinking this and marching quite angrily back to my room, Kiku was following me and asking me questions. "Luna! Luna! Luna! What happened in there? I heard you talking to Vlad and then you went silent for a bit. Then after that you came out of the room very mad about something. Luna! What's going on? Hello? Earth to Luna!" Kiku then grabbed me and shook me a bit. "Oh sorry I was just thinking about somethings. What did you say?" Kiku stare in disbelief at me for a bit and then said,

"You didn't hear me? I asked why I heard you taking  to Vlad and then why it got all quiet in there for a bit.Then why you came out of the room extremely mad."

  "Oh uh well you know before you put me in the room I'm in now?"

     "Yeah?"

 "And I wanted to tell Vlad something?"

    "Go on."

"Well he used his ability to talk to me through telepathy, and so that's why I wanted to visit him in the first place, because I figured that I could communicate with him somehow."

  "Let me guess you were able to use telepathy with him, which is why I couldn't hear you in there for a bit."

"Yes, and then reason why I'm mad is because he said something to me that pissed me off, so that is why I'm going back to my room."

   "Oh I see, what did he say to piss you off?"

     "None of your business."

 "Oh ok then. Well I guess we'll take you back to your room and work on the next round of removing the curse off your back."

     "Ok sounds good to me." Then with that we went into my room to start removing the curse again.
