*** The next day on the on the bus***
"Hey Luna!"
"Oh, hi Chelsea."
"What's the matter? Did something happen over our three day week-end from school?"
" Yes, first of all, I got to go on my first mission..."
"What's so bad about that?"
" I was getting to that part, but you didn't let me finish saying the rest of my sentence."
" Oh sorry, continue."
" So like I was saying, I got to go on my first mission with my teacher-"
" I still don't get what's so bad about your mission, it must have been loads of fun."
"CHELSEA! Let me finish, stop butting in."
"OK ,OK , sorry it's just that I'm in such a wonderful mood today!"
" I can see that, anyways, my teacher and I had to go on a special mission, because someone in the darkness faction found out that my teacher was spying on them. So she took me with her to help fix the issue. Little did we know that it was a trap, I think, I'm still a bit confused as to what went wrong that day. Anyways, for now it was a trap, cause Vlad knew I would be there somehow, and like usual, he tried to kill me, but instead he killed my teacher."
"Oh... that's why, I'm so sorry that happened."
"Well not only did that happen, but I also found out from Vlad that I'm supposed to save the world."
" Oh wow, not to be mean or anything but you weren't supposed to know that yet, anyways how did you escape?"
"Oh OK, that's wonderful to know, I said sarcastically," Well to be honest I don't know how I was able to escape, I thought I was going to die, because before my teacher died she told me to run as fast as I could, and not to come back for her. After that I did what she said, but I wasn't fast enough, because I had Vlad hot on my heels and while I was running, I tripped and fell which gave Vlad the advantage to attack me, but when he went to attack me, something stopped him. Which made it easy for me to get away and be here. I don't know why he did that, but I'm glad he did.
" Wow! That sounds like it was scary as anything, although I do have to agree what Vlad did, kind of sounds fishy."
" Yeah, now that you say that, it does sound a bit fishy. Oh I almost forgot to mention that after all of that happened, I got home and took a shower, and when I got out of the shower, I found a love letter on my bed."
After hearing this Chelsea giggled and said, " Well whoever put that love letter and rose there, picked a bad time to leave it there."
"Yeah, they did, wait I didn't mention a rose, even though there happened to be one, Chelsea do you know something I don't?"
" Ah no, it was just a lucky guess."
"OK but that doesn't mean you're off the hook." After I said this, the bus stopped and Chrissie came on the bus. She had her hair up in a nice little pony tail with a white flower attached to the hair tie. She was also wearing a nice white Chinese style shirt, with some very nice black slacks to go with the shirt, and to go with the rest of the outfit she was wearing some white flats. "Hey guys!" She said very happily to us.
" Hey Chrissie!" Chelsea and I chimed back.
" So Luna, how's living in a house with top security been going for ya?"
"Fine I guess, every time I go outside my dad tells me to bring a key and to lock the door and then turn the security box on before I leave the house."
"Really? Wow, glad I don't have an extremely protective dad."
" What are you two talking about?" Chelsea butted in.
Chrissie just looked at Chelsea and then said," Well you see Chelsea, Luna came over to my house the other day, in a panic cause she found out that she has a creep as a secret admirer, and also told me that her dad was going to be putting a home security system up, and things like that in her house."
"Really?"
"Yeah, and she also told me that her first mission didn't go too well."
" Well I knew about the mission thing, and the secret admirer, but not the top notch security stuff. Luna, why did your dad do that?"
" Well, I told you about the secret admirer."
" Yeah, what about it?"
"Well, my secret admirer snuck through my window and left the rose and letter on my bed, while I took a shower."
"Well you didn't tell me that."
"I was about to before Chrissie got on."
"OK, continue."
" OK, so when that happened, I told my dad, and well he went crazy, he not only locked all the doors and windows in the house, but put up a magical barrier, a security system and guard dogs. Oh and not just any guard dogs, wolves."
" OK, now that is what I call one extremely protective dad."
"Thank you! So you agree with me that what he did, was too much?"
"Totally, to be honest, I'm glad I don't live with you." After Chelsea said this, the bus pulled up to the school, and everyone started to get off the bus, and while me, Chelsea, and Chrissie were getting off I noticed that James was moving toward the back of the bus, which meant that he had listened in on our whole conversation. At the sight of this, I tried to get Chrissie's attention to tell her what I saw, but by the time I got her attention it was too late to tell her because the chatter of the other kids around us was loud, so I told Chrissie that I would tell her latter.
