Ohhh noooo this is bad! This is reeeally, rreeeaaaallly bad!!!!
"Ummm Twi, can I talk to you for a sec?" Rob asks. When we all get up, he sighs, "Alone?" Great. Well, good luck, Twi! I shoot her my best 'Be careful look' before my flirty glance I used on Preston. Her eyes widen and she starts giggling. Rob looks confused, so he starts walking away. Twi keeps laughing, but goes after him. I grab a piece of drawing paper from Unicity and make a paper airplane. When I finish, I throw it at Twi. It hits her square in the back. She turns around, confused, before she sees it. She gives me a thumbs up sign before sitting down next to Rob. Well, I didn't expect that reaction. I thought she'd be a little mad. After all, I did just draw her and Rob in a heart and add little ones next to it. And I got her with a paper airplane.... heh heh my aim was pretty good, wasn't it? All of us start talking. Not really, but the kind of talk where you're just listening and not actually having a conversation. Rob says something, making Twi jump up and run into the house. I glare at him fiercely before going after her. I run up the stairs to her room, but the door's locked.
"Twi? You there? Can I come in?" I ask through the door. I knock a few times, but I have the feeling that she won't open the door. I sigh, and stand there. I had a feeling she wouldn't want to talk. What the heck did Rob tell her?!?!? I feel Preston come up behind me, and he puts his arms around me. I sink into him, watching the glow of Twi's magic on the knob. If he noticed, he doesn't say anything. The only way I could get to her now is by the window. That'd be risky, since I just started flying. I would also need to hover, something I haven't done before. I turn around, and can tell Preston already knows what I'm about to do.
"I...... just have to talk to her," I sigh. He grimaces, probably remembering the first time I started to fly.
"Just be careful, okay?" he says, giving me a kiss on the cheek. Wait, did he - "Yes, I was awake when you did that," he smirks. I wrestle out of his grasp, my face probably a tomato by now. I'd be surprised if it wasn't. Then, I run down the hallway, opening the door. I take a deep breath of the morning air. You can do this, you can do this, Dash! I shrug my jacket off (I don't want anyone else to know, after all) and flap my wings. It's been more comfortable since I cut the slits in the back. Also, I don't have to take off my shirt to fly. I go up, watching the sky above me. Before I get to her window, I look down. Oooh that's high. Preston stares up at me, ready in case I fall. Whew, come on. You don't need to worry, just hover. I slow my wings a bit, and gradually I stop. No, not my flapping, silly. Just going up or in a direction.
"You okay up there?" Preston yells, a worried look on his face.
"Yeah, not bad," I answer. He looks relieved, but keeps watching me. Luckily, Twi has a tree outside her window. I fly forward, and....... crash into the tree. Owwww.... I think I hit my wing. I flap, but the pain rises, unable to move. I grab onto a branch, but I'm slipping. Come on, you beat the school record for flex arm hang (A/N I did!! :D) so this shouldn't be too different. I raise my head above the branch, but I won't be able to hold on much longer. I painfully turn my head to look through the window, and catch Twi glance up. When she sees me, her eyes widen to the size of dinner plates. Just then, my grip falters. I scream as I slip, falling. My wings can't save me...
"Nooo!!!! DASH!!!" Preston yells, terror lacing his voice. My life flashes before my eyes. The window to Twi's window bursts open, and she jumps out, flying down.
"Dash!!! Hang on! I'm coming!!!" she screams, tears streaming down her face. That's the last thing I see.

"Is she okay?"
"When will she wake up?"
"Nooo, this can't be happening!" Voices say. I groan, and open my eyes. At first, I can see absolutely nothing. Then, people come into focus. I try to sit up, but my wing stops me.
