Chapter 154

Kelsey POV

"Wake up, Kelsey.", I hear someone saying the background. I have no idea where I am and who I'm with. The last thing I can remember is Niall telling me to go back home. Wait...that didn't happen, did it?

"Kelsey. We're here." Nate taps my arm with his finger and that's when I notice that it was all just the dream. I'm in a car with Deb and the little monster. I can remember that we were on our way to London. It was all just a dream. I haven't talked to Niall yet. So no IT did not happen. 

I slowly open my eyes and look around. Through the window, I can see the boys' big ass house, the massive steal gate and the drive way. It's pitch dark outside and it must be already past midnight. 

"Oh she's awake, finally." Nate chuckles. Yeah I'm awake. And still scared.

"What time is it?" I ask Deb. I thought we would go to the hotel first before she would drive me to Niall's place. 

"It's already past one in the morning." Oh. I better get out of the car then and let my family drive to the hotel.

"Okay. Well let me check my phone if Niall has messaged me." That's a lie. Niall doesn't even know that I'm here. I just don't want Deb to get worried. I need a few minutes to myself and not waiting inside her car with Nate on the backseat. I better think about what what I'm going to say to Niall. I need a strategy and it better be a good one. I grabmy bag and look for my phone. Once I hold it in my hands and type in the passcode. After going through my messages, I let my phone fall back into my bag again. 

"He's going to open the gate for me in a minute. When will you pick me up tomorrow? Or should we meet in the city centre?" I unbuckle my seat belt and then turn around to face Deb. 

"Just message me in the morning. And greet Niall from Nate and I. It would be lovely if he joins us for lunch tomorrow. Oh and stay safe." Deb leans forward and places a kiss on my cheek. She really told me to stay safe. I feel slightly embarrassed in case she even meant what I think she did. Niall and I probably won't even sleep together anyway. 

"Yes I wanna meet Niall again. He is really nice." Nate cheers in the back of the car. They are all so excited to meet him when I don't know if he will open the door for me once I tell him that I'm standing outside, in front of his house. 

"I'm going to ask him and let you know. And Deb, I will call you in the morning." I open the door and wave her goodbye.

"Okay. Don't do anything stupid please. I have to take care of you. And I trust you." She nods but eventually lifts her hand and waves back. 

"See you tomorrow." I say and once I'm out of the car, I close the door. A few seconds later I hear the engine being started and the car starts rolling until it's out of my sight soon. 

A couple of minutes pass before I eventually have to guts to phone Niall. I'm shaking while going through my contacts and land on his name. Should I do it or should I leave it and call Deb to come and pick me up again, I ask myself. I haven't realised that I actually already pressed the call button but when I hear it ringing I almost drop my phone. When he doesn't pick up I try it again. There's nothing to lose. He'll see that I've called anyway.
