Chapter 155

Niall POV

She apologised. She said that she is sorry and the reason she's in London right now is because she wanted to see ME. She came all the way, and it's basically in the middle of the night. Telling me that she realised what she did was wrong is enough. I don't need to hear more. The only thing I need is to kiss her, to have her in my arms and she telling me that she wants to be with me, that she at least wants to stay the night. 

I take a deep breath and look at her. "Good. Now let's go inside. You're freezing." I lift my right hand and touch her upper left arm. It feels like we haven't been together in months."Come here." I whisper and pull her closer to me. Once she's just a few inches away, I throw my arms around her shoulders and press her against my chest. 

"You're very hot." Kelsey chuckles, which is the most pleasant noise I have heard in a long time. "And you are very cold." I place a kiss on top of her head and then rub her back, up and down, up and down.

"Are you trying to be sassy?" Kelsey pushes herself away from me. When she looks into my face, she has one eyebrow raised and gives me that look, probably thinking that I'm not exactly a sassy person. She is right. No sass. 

"Let me guess, I failed?" I bite my bottom lip, big puppy eyes to make her feel bad.

"Kind of. But yes I'm cold. It's better now." I bet it is. She's in my arms after all. 

"Let's go inside and then you tell me how you even got to London. You're staying the night, right?" This time it's me who pushes her away from my body to look at her. I won't let her sleep at a hotel or in a car. I need her falling asleep next to me, in my arms, where she's safe.

"Well if you don't want to let me sleep under a bridge, then yes. I think I'm going to stay the night. With you." She gives me a wink and then shrugs shyly. 

"I really can't imagine you sleeping under a bridge. You'd never sleep under a bridge, you little idiot." I'm not the only one who is laughing, because Kelsey actually throws her head back in laughter. "You're so right. It would be gross. So no thank you. I rather take the bed.. and you." I love that smirk on her face. Seeing her like that, all happy, I just want to kiss her, I want to store that moment in our memories forever. 

"Well in that case, let's go. The bed is waiting for you. And there's another thing I want to give you." I let her out of my grip, just to take her hand. When our fingers intertwine, I feel like we're boyfriend and girlfriend. A happy couple, you could say. 

"What do you want to give me?" She asks while we're walking through the massive steal gate. 

"You'll see. But not before morning so I can be sure that you won't run off without telling me." I quickly type in the code so the gate closes again, not letting go of her hand once.

"You become more and more cheekier. I wouldn't run off without saying goodbye. That's in the past. You're holding the NEW Kelsey's hand." The new Kelsey? She really has changed. I don't know what is different to then before, but I like it. I like the new girl, the one that is walking next to me, not leaving my side.
