Optimus Prime x Reader Scenarios

When he shrinks

You were waiting for Optimus to get done talking to Ratchet and Wheeljack about some kind of formula that Ratchet had made when suddenly you saw a poof of smoke.

When the smoke cleared you didn't see Optimus anywhere but you did see Ratchet bend down to pick something up.

"Wheeljack, we needed him!" Ratchet yelled at Wheeljack.

"Sorry Doc, it was a mistake." Wheeljack said.

"Please don't call me Doc!" Ratchet said angrily as he walked to the human area.

"Ratchet, what happened to Optimus?" You asked Ratchet.

"He's been shrunk." Ratchet replied as he carefully put Optimus on the couch.

"Can you turn him back to normal?" You asked Ratchet.

"He'll turn back to normal in about forty five minutes." Ratchet said before he went back to the med bay to clean up the broken vile.

You went over to the couch and sat down next to Optimus.

"Y/n, I now see how you and the other humans must feel around us Autobots." Optimus said as he looked up at you.

"Don't worry, you'll be back to normal in no time." You said as you smiled at Optimus.

Just then Bulkhead, Arcee and Bumblebee drove into the base and Jack, Miko and Raf came up the the human area.

"Wow, is that Optimus?!" Miko asked you when she saw Optimus.

"Yep, he got shrunk by Wheeljack." You replied.

You could tell that Optimus was a little nervous but he tried not to show it.

"How did Wheeljack shrink Optimus?" Raf asked you.

"He knocked over some kind of shrinking formula that Ratchet made." You replied.

Raf then went over to go talk to Ratchet.

Miko took a picture of Optimus sitting next to you on the couch.

"What was that for?" You asked Miko.

"I wanted to get a picture of Optimus before he turns back to normal." Miko said with a huge smile.

You picked Optimus up and let him sit on your shoulder as you went to go for a quick walk.

As you walked Optimus would ask you questions about what it was like being human and you answered all of his questions.

While you were walking you noticed a few soldiers look at Optimus as he sat on your shoulder.

Pretty soon the forty five minutes was up so you put Optimus down and got out of the way as he grew back to his normal size.

"So, how do you feel?" You asked Optimus.

"I feel a lot better." Optimus replied as he carefully picked you up.

Optimus then went back inside the Autobot base with you sitting on his shoulder.
