It had been a year since you and Optimus moved to Cybertron. At first you both lived with Ratchet and Wheeljack for a while until you could get your own place. You had managed to get a job at Mech Adams. Optimus would occasionally help out with the council. You quickly made friends with some of the femmes in your new neighborhood.
You had even found out that Starscream turned his life around and became the Winglord of Vos and you became friends with his sparkmate. You and Optimus went to visit Orion and Zane once every year as you promised. And a few years later you both had a beautiful femme sparkling. You and Optimus now had a good life on Cybertron, and it all happened because you chose to follow Sally through the trees. You and Optimus raised your sparkling. And lived happily ever after.
